En paz y sosiego busco mi alma tener
La calma que ansío habrá de aparecer
Regocijo y gozo en mi corazón replandecerán
Enternecido en momentos de profunda serenidad.
Comparto instantes de un presente que no se repetirá
Con personas que amo en situaciones que no volverán
Nada es igual segundo a segundo, aunque parezca que sí
Todo en la vida es único y así lo debemos vivir.
En busca de la armonía perdida, me siento a enfrentar mis pensamientos
En perfecta quietud siento mi mente y sinceramente me alegro
Nada perturba en la tranquilidad que se respira y se huele
Es como una fragancia de un perfume que nunca se pierde.
En perpetuidad queremos la felicidad tener
Pero por momentos parece que huye muy rápidamente
Como si de nosotros se quisiera esconder
No hay que presionarla, ya que sola ella volvera.
No podemos anticipar cuándo, pero la paz llegará
Se sentirá todo tan pacífico, que para nosotros, irreconocible parecerá
Viviremos como en un momento de eterna dicha y dulzura
Las personas podremos entendernos con el corazón y la sinceridad.
Aparecerán, de repente, agentes externos queriendo atacar
Amenazando la alegría que tanto parece haber costado en llegar
Locura sería si no defendemos lo que la paz representa y significa
Solo podemos mantener en pie la esperanza si la calma logramos conservar.
Entereza que se nota en cada uno de mis actos
No desperdicio esfuerzos en lo que sé que es vano
Identifico los puntos críticos que hay que considerar
Sin perder la voluntad de querer todo arreglar.
La paz de la mente y el alma resultan invaluables
Ninguna cosa podrá llegar a sustituirles jamás
Enormes lecciones nos enseñará siempre la serenidad
Es una maestra que valiosas enseñanzas siempre nos dejará.
La paciencia siempre dará buenos frutos, y eso no lo podemos negar
Siento la plenitud que en esto reposa y la estoy logrando visualizar
La rectitud y la integridad de mis actos se logran presenciar
Siempre habremos de vencer los obstáculos que nos quieran contrariar.
La verdad es importante y por ello siempre hay que buscarla
Mis pensamientos a veces parecen en mi contra estar
Es en esos momentos donde de valentía me voy a armar
Para derrotar los infundados razonamientos que me quieren atormentar.
En silencio pretendo conocer las motivaciones de los pensamientos
Que en mi camino se interponen para alcanzar lo que quiero
En algún punto me doy cuenta de la asombrosa realidad
Solo cuando me conozca a mí mismo, la paz se podrá rehabilitar.
Todo parece contradictorio a veces, en este mundo tan loco
En laberintos intrincados que sin salida parecen haber sido diseñados
Pero en la inteligencia inalterable de una profunda calma veremos
Que casi todo tiene solución en la vida, y que las salidas existen y se pueden encontrar.
La paz y la armonía tienen que prevalecer dentro de cada uno de nosotros
Debemos convencer a nuestros cerebros, la guerra interna se tiene que aplacar
Solo cuando nos sentimos bien con nosotros mismos grandes cosas podemos lograr
Y el mundo estará a nuestros pies y nada se nos resistirá.

I seek my soul to have peace and tranquility
The calm that I long for must appear
Rejoicing and joy in my heart will shine
Moved in moments of deep serenity.
I share moments of a present that will not be repeated
With people I love in situations that will not return
Nothing is the same second to second, even if it seems so
Everything in life is unique and we must live it that way.
In search of lost harmony, I sit down to face my thoughts
In perfect stillness I feel my mind and I am sincerely glad
Nothing disturbs the tranquility that is breathed and smelled
It is like a fragrance of a perfume that never goes away.
In perpetuity we want happiness to have
But at times it seems to run away very fastly
As if it wanted to hide from us
There is no need to pressure it, since it will return by itself.
We cannot anticipate when, but peace will come
Everything will feel so peaceful, that for us, it will seem unrecognizable
We will live as in a moment of eternal joy and sweetness
People will be able to understand each other with their heart and sincerity.
External agents will suddenly appear wanting to attack
Threatening the joy that seems to have taken so long to arrive
It would be madness if we do not defend what peace represents and means
We can only keep hope alive if we manage to maintain calm.
Fortitude that is noticeable in each of my actions
I don't waste efforts on what I know is in vain
I identify the critical points that must be considered
Without losing the will to want to fix everything.
Peace of mind and soul are invaluable
Nothing can never ever replace them
Serenity will always teach us enormous lessons
It is a teacher who will always leave us valuable teachings.
Patience will always bear good fruit, and we cannot deny that
I feel the fullness that rests in this and I am managing to visualize it
The righteousness and integrity of my actions can all be witnessed
We will always have to overcome the obstacles that want to hinder us.
The truth is important and that is why we must always search it
My thoughts sometimes seem against me to be
It is in those moments where I am going to arm myself with courage
To defeat the unfounded reasoning that wants to torment me.
In silence I try to know the motivations of the thoughts
That get in my way to achieve what I want
At some point I realize the amazing reality
Only when I know myself, peace can be rehabilitated.
Everything seems contradictory sometimes, in this crazy world
In intricate labyrinths that seem to have been designed without exit
But in the unalterable intelligence of a deep calm we will see
That almost everything has a solution in life, and that exits exist and can be found.
Peace and harmony must prevail within each of us
We must convince our brains, the internal war has to calm down
Only when we feel good about ourselves can we achieve great things
And the world will be at our feet and nothing will resist us.
