AN IMMEDIATE CHANGE

in Writing Club • 2 years ago

Hello guys🙋, am really sorry for the break in transmission that have cost me to loose my audience, viewers and encouragers for a really long time now. Am suppose to complete the story "Amazing Konan", but sadly😞, I found out that my beloved audience did not really find interest in the story, so let's just scroll that out and talk of something old, but new, plain, but technical, we are going to talk about a did of the Bible in my life (you can talk of yours in your post, this is mine😊).

Dear listeners, believe it or not, I have been doing one particular thing, that goes against the rules of my parents, and this thing is also common with most boys, which is playing android games (I know you have been doing it too, that's why am about to give you the answer that you have been desired for so long, read the Bible).

My parents hated seeing me play games so much, that sometimes, they will cease my phone from me. I don't know if any of you gamers, have taken your time to think and try to find a solution on your own, to how you can make your parents feel at ease when you are operating your phones, well this is exactly what I did.

I came to understand, (from my perspective) that playing of game isn't really bad, but playing too much is bad, so I stopped playing to much, but yet my parents still frown at me, even when I played for a short time. "What should I do?", I asked myself.

Then, I remembered the Bible, turns out the old book is still useful after all, even in the modern times (that's why it's old, but new). I was lucky to open to the book of Romans and I read the whole book, and came to an understanding that I wouldn't have thought of, even with all my thinking.

I understood, that my parents just write the games that I played to be bad (note, not the ones they play), and if I must please my parents, I should stop playing games automatically, even though I think they are doing me good, and my parents think other wise, I should just obey and stop. After all parents are always like;

I took the advice from the Bible, and acted on it quickly, deleting all my games from my phone, and ensuring complete parental control over my phone.

Here's the good part, as long as I obeyed, I abstained and I was ordained a good child, all thanks to the Words of GOD. Here's the best chapter I read pertaining to the line of discussion;

open your bible please...

Remember to always obey, even though you are not an obedient child now, you can be in the next moment, all you need is simply go to the Bible for solutions (if you can read) or listen to a preacher (if you can't). Nevertheless, there is always a room for change, thank you and God bless.
