I honestly feel like most big whales on here understand and watch what people do. Do they power down and cash it out or do they hold on to most if not all and power up.

Speaking of myself, I do check an account and behavioral patterns if I am thinking of supporting small fish. If they are sending it all out, why should I bother? Yes.. it happens.
