When Ava arrived at the party, everything seemed fine, Ava was having a blast, loud music was playing, everyone was having a great time.
Then Ava got a little bored and she started to explore. Ava came across the basement.
Ava was reaching for the door handle until someone else opened it and pushed her in. Ava turned around to run back to the door but then she was blocked by a closing door.
Behind the door she saw a human-like figure but she didn't know who is was. "Great..." Ava said to herself. Ava tried looking for things she could use to help her get out. She couldn't find anything. It was too dark. Then Ava pulled out her phone and turned on the flashlight.
The only thing she found was a chair. She tried to open the door by slamming the chair against the door "Ugh it's locked. What do I do?" Ava picked up her phone and looked around for anything else.
She found a closet, "Ewww canned beans? Really? I hate beans. Lucy knows that. I wish she was here with me right now." Ava cried out. "But I am so hungry too though. I knew I should have eaten those cupcakes."
Ava took a can of beans and looked at it. "Gross they are expired too. No way. Are there any non expired beans here?" When Ava picked up the second can of beans she jumped in fear of the sound of gears turning.
"Whoa what's going on over here?" Ava said as she walked into the secret room. Suddenly all the torches on the wall lit up by themselves. "Wow did I just walk into the roman empire?" Ava laughed to herself. Suddenly she saw a big room full of jewels, expensive paintings, mountains of gold, every kind of luxury Ava could have ever thought of.
Ava pulled out her phone again to take some photos. Then she realized that she ran out of battery! "No! No! No! Please come on...!" Then Ava froze in her place when she heard the voice of a young man. "Well well well, it seems like you found my hidden room."
Ava finally turned around and said "yes I did, but anyways, can you please get me out of here? I'm really scared. Someone pushed me in here." The man put a sly smile on his face. "That's because I am the one that pushed you in here."
Ava walked up to him, trying to look tough. "Why did you push me in here? Just let me out and I won't tell anyone anything. Deal?" Ava started to extend her hand for him to shake it. But then to her surprise he slapped it away.
"So, Ava how do I know I can trust you?" Ava stepped back, "H-how do you know my name?" Ava was getting really creeped out by this dude. "I've been watching you Ava, day and night. I'm surprised you only found this out now. Who knew a girl could be so naive."
Ava's eyes widened, Ava wanted to run but where was there to run? Ava knew running away from her problems wouldn't do anything. This was a fight or flight situation. She couldn't run so the only option left was fight. But Ava has never fought anyone before, let alone this big dude in front of her.
So she clenched her fists and ran towards him. She jumped as high as she could and then punched him in the temple. The man was knocked out instantly. "Oww! Jeez why do skulls need to be so hard" Ava said as she held her hand. "Ok I need to get out of here NOW!" "But how though. I don't have the keys."
Then Ava looked at the man laying unconsciously. She noticed that something was sticking out of his back pocket. "Keys!" Ava squealed. Ava quickly took the keys and ran to the door. "Which one which one?" Ava said frantically as she put each key into the keyhole. Then Ava stopped because she heard a click. "Is this it?" Ava whispered to herself as she reached for the door handle.
Hello everybody! That was intense! Heck, I was scared of my own story! So far, this might be my favorite out of all my stories! Of course The Lost Princess is my second favorite. Thank you for reading part 2 of Ava's Adventure and I will see you in part 3, Byee!
