En esta ocasión escribiré sobre un tema si se puede decir "controversial" como lo es la perfección. Para algunos puede que exista o que sea alcanzable, sin embargo otros creen que no existe así que, en este texto les compartiré mi punto de vista.
Considerar que algo o alguien es perfecto requiere de ciertas características; por ejemplo para mí una casa perfecta seria aquella que tiene las siguientes cualidades: consta de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, espacios amplios, un garage y un lindo jardín, sin embargo para otra persona esto ni siquiera se acerca al ideal de su casa perfecta, es decir la perfección es muy subjectiva, al igual que la felicidad o el éxito, todo depende de nuestra perspectiva y experiencias.
Intentar siempre ser perfectos lo considero un error fatal ya que en realidad nunca podrás conseguirlo, siempre podremos mejorar pero no llegar a la perfección. Ser perfeccionistas nos mantiene en un constante agotar de energías, nos vuelve adictos a las comparaciones e incluso nos convertimos en personas poco eficientes, ya que mientras podríamos ocuparnos de otras actividades estamos empeñados en perfeccionar una sola.
Y si no me crees intenta tener la "familia perfecta", o el "caro perfecto" o incluso y lo más común "el cuerpo perfecto", será muy agotador, nunca lo lograrás porque me atrevo afirmar que la perfección no existe y es muy posible que ese largo transitar te arrastre a la infelicidad por no alcanzar ese ideal.
En cambio trabajar por la excelencia es lo correcto, demostrando interés por realizar las cosas bien, con dedicación y esmero, con el firme propósito de dar lo mejor de sí y de lograr el mejor resultado posible, de esta forma estarás satisfecho con tu resultado.
Mi mejor tips para ayudar u orientar a cambiar esa forma de pensar sería enfocarnos en la excelencia, en realizar cada tarea con el mayor de los ánimos, con dedicación y con el firme propósito de que salga excelente, sin por ello caer en la perfección.
También lo más sensato sería empezar a ser más positivos, empáticos y realistas; todos tenemos pensamientos distintos, percepciones diferentes y un sin fin de gustos variados que jamás estarán de acuerdo para afirmar "eso es perfecto".
Mi mamita siempre dice el único perfecto es Dios, y lo es, lo apreciamos en su creación, en la naturaleza, en cada hermoso despertar y atardecer, disfrutemos de esa única perfección mientras trabajamos por construir nuestro espacio de excelencia.

And if you do not believe me, try to have the "perfect family", or the "perfect car" or even the most common "the perfect body", it will be very tiring, you will never achieve it because I dare say that perfection does not exist and it is very possible that this long journey will drag you to unhappiness for not reaching that ideal.
On the other hand, working for excellence is the right thing to do, showing interest in doing things well, with dedication and care, with the firm purpose of giving your best and achieving the best possible result, in this way you will be satisfied with your result.
My best tips to help or guide us to refocus this way of thinking would be to focus on excellence, to perform each task with the greatest encouragement, with dedication and with the firm purpose of achieving an excellent result, without falling into perfection.
The most sensible thing to do would also be to start being more positive, empathetic and realistic; we all have different thoughts, different perceptions and an endless variety of tastes that will never agree to say "this is perfect".
My mom always says the only perfect one is God, and he is, we appreciate him in his creation, in nature, in every beautiful awakening and sunset. Let's enjoy that unique perfection as we work to build our space of excellence.
