Te vi alcanzar tus sueños, y me sentí tan feliz. Estaba tan seguro, de que un día lo conseguirías. Vi como fuiste dando cada paso hacia adelante, como te levantabas ante cada caída que tenías. Logre presenciar tu lucha y dedicación. Y, aunque la vida no es siempre de merecimientos, si hay alguien que merecía ser feliz, sin duda eras tú.

Vi como lo intentabas, incluso después de cada duro fracaso, como te decías a ti misma que, un buen día, todo sería diferente. Nunca te rendiste, nunca te entregaste, tus sueños tan maravillosos, jamás abandonaste. Cuanta emoción siento, cuanta alegría envuelve hoy mi corazón al ver que ese día, ese buen día, por fin, llegó.

No ha sido fácil el camino hasta acá. Tú mejor que nadie sabe todos los obstáculos que has tenido que vencer, pero ya han quedado en el pasado, olvidados, han sido unas pocas penas comparadas con la alegría que hoy sientes, con la que sentimos todos al, después de una larga lucha, obtener la victoria.

De ahora en adelante, seguramente se presentarán otras dificultades. Nadie dijo que el camino sería fácil, pero tampoco nadie podrá decir que es imposible, sobre todo ahora que hemos sido testigos de un triunfo tan maravilloso, uno que solo quienes se esfuerzan día tras día son capaces de conseguir.

No cabe en mi pecho la emoción que siento al ver cómo tu rostro se ha llenado de felicidad. No hay palabras para describir la dicha que siente hoy mi corazón. Y sí, es verdad que esta victoria es apenas un paso más en tu largo camino por la vida, pero sé la clase de persona que eres, sé bien lo decidida que estás a seguir adelante sin importar los problemas que se presenten.

Y por eso, puedo mirar al futuro y decir que lo lograste. Si hay alguien que puede conseguir todo lo que se ha propuesto, eres tú, porque tu determinación, esa que te mueve a continuar aún en las peores circunstancias, es una que destaca por encima de los demás. Sé que no te rendirás, sé que batallarás y que, al final, serás quien salga victoriosa.

Así será. Y sé bien que es muy probable que no esté allí a tu lado cuando suceda, que no podré abrazarte con fuerza diciendo que estoy orgulloso por lo que has conseguido. Pero, incluso si yo ya no estoy ahí, lo vas a lograr, de eso estoy seguro, y estaré feliz por ti, muy feliz, incluso si en ese momento estoy sin ti, y tú sin mí.

I saw you achieve your dreams, and I felt so happy. I was so sure, that one day you would make it. I saw how you were taking each step forward, how you got up before each fall you had. I managed to witness your struggle and dedication. And, although life is not always deserved, if there is someone who deserved to be happy, it was undoubtedly you.

The emotion I feel when I see how your face has been filled with happiness does not fit in my chest. There are no words to describe the happiness that my heart feels today. And yes, it is true that this victory is just one more step in your long journey through life, but I know the kind of person you are, I know how determined you are to keep going no matter what problems arise.
