EOS Reward and Rewards Comparison

The last season of splinterlands is over and the new one has already started which is ongoing. I got a reward for the season, which was 142K glint tokens. I have claimed the reward and the battle for the new season has already started. I keep on changing my strategy in the game after some time and I believe this is needed to make your game play better and more rewarding. I wanted to have a comparison between the end-of-season reward and I'm glad that this time I did it. This comparison will help me have a clear understanding of which league is better for me in terms of reward and accordingly, I will continue to play in that league only. Before I discuss the comparison let's check out the current season which is ending in approximately 14 days and this season has just started. Currently, I am playing in the Diamond Two League where I'm getting a boost of 10.69 X and this will drop as I continue to increase my league.

This Season end Reward

Here is the snapshot for the end-of-season reward which I have now. This is for the season which ended one day before and I have got 152K glint tokens in total this season ended in Diamond One League with a rating of 3560. I believe that this is a good amount of tokens that I have got and I keep on using these tokens to buy stuff from the shop which I will be doing of course after a couple of days hopefully. Even now since I'm playing in the diamond tool league hence I can earn 475 tokens with each winning battle.

Last Season End Reward

Now here I'm sharing this snapshot for the last single and reward where I got 118k glint tokens as part of the EOS reward. I ended the season in the Champion Three League with a rating of 3660. I have been ending up seasons in the Champion League but this time I did in Diamond.

Comparison outcome

If we do the comparison between both seasons then it is obvious that the reward I have got this season is much better than the last one and this time I did not move to champion. I wanted to have this and finally, I'm here so it is clear that I need to play in the diamond league. The reward multiplier is dependent upon the SPS balance but when we increase the lead then this post also reduces and this is why it is important to play in the appropriate league for better Indian rewards. Although this comparison took the time for 2 seasons I believe it is worth it because now I have the clarity about the better league for me. Will forward I will be playing in the Diamond League only and will not advance to the champion because this will give me more tokens. Now there is another scenario in which I'll be missing out for sure because now we get the league advancement reward and if I don't move to the champion then I'll be missing out on that reward also. This way if I stick to the diamond Lee then my token reward is going to be better but if I advance to the champion then I will get a lot of league advancement rewards but I will be missing out on the glint tokens for sure.

Although its clear that diamond is better for me if I still want to try out for the league advancement reward then I can move to champion I don't think that it will be good however I will keep on trying sometimes depending on my overall game play to advance in champion when I want to compromise on the token reward. Although as of now I'm not sure but maybe later I should be able to figure out how this eager advancement reward works and if it works to move to the next league for the sake of this reward.
