¡Saludos comunidad! En el reto de esta semana les compartiré algunos tips basados en mi experiencia para aquellas personas que deseen iniciar o ya iniciaron en el mundo de Splinterlands.

Iniciaremos desde una introducción a los conceptos básicos sobre Splinterlands, cómo prepararnos para usar la plataforma y jugar, estrategias para que tu proceso inicial sea más sencillo, el uso de las comunidades como un medio de apoyo y crecimiento, y cómo fue mi experiencia cuando inicié.

Espero que la información a continuación pueda ser de mucha utilidad para ustedes y les sirva de apoyo para emprender su viaje en el mundo de Splinterlands.

Splinterlands es un juego NFT en el que se puede ganar activos jugando. Sin embargo, es necesario realizar una inversión inicial para disponer de los elementos necesarios para empezar a jugar, y posteriormente ganar.

Hablemos un poco sobre la mecánica del juego. La cual consiste en jugar en una liga y en un formato en específico durante una temporada, en la cual acumularás “Focus Points” para las recompensas diarias y “Season Points” para las recompensas de temporada. Cabe destacar que hay dos temporadas por mes, y la duración de cada una es aproximadamente la mitad del mes.

Es necesario tener cartas para poder jugar y además de ello, cierta cantidad de SPS en Stake, dependiendo de la liga en donde desees jugar para incrementar un multiplicador que nos permitirá conseguir más Focus/Season points para ganar más recompensas. También están las energías, las cuales corresponden a la cantidad de partidas que podrás jugar. Sólo puedes tener un máximo de 50 energías pero si las gastas, puedes comprar más con el Token DEC. El Token DEC, es utilizado para comercializar en el juego, con él podemos comprar o alquilar cartas y alquilar SPS.

Es decir, no necesariamente tienes que comprar las cartas y el SPS para empezar a jugar y por ende a ganar. Puedes alquilar las cartas que desees, al igual que la cantidad de SPS que necesites y comenzar a jugar. Esta es una maravillosa alternativa que nos ofrece Splinterlands.

Entre las recompensas que puedes ganar jugando se encuentran el token DEC, SPS y NFTs. También puedes ganar SPS mediante las tierras, al igual que otros activos como el Grano. Por otra parte, también está la sección DeFi, donde puedes participar en las Pools.

Existen dos formatos para jugar en los cuales es válido todo lo explicado anteriormente, excepto por la diferencia que existe una restricción en cuanto a la edición de cartas que permiten utilizar. En el formato Salvaje puedes utilizar todas las ediciones que existen pero en cambio en el formato Moderno, sólo se pueden usar las más recientes, las cuales son Chaos Legion y Rebellion.

Cada liga requiere una cantidad de puntos de rating en específico, los cuales se ganan jugando y una cantidad de SPS en Stake específica. Por otra parte, es importante mencionar que cada liga está compuesta por 3 niveles, siendo el nivel 3 el más bajo y el nivel 1 el más alto. Otro aspecto importante es que los precios tanto de las cartas como de sus alquileres, variarán dependiendo de la liga que elijas. Del mismo modo aplica para el alquiler del SPS.

Particularmente, juego en la liga de Plata en el formato Moderno y una estrategia que me ha ayudado mucho en mi desarrollo en el juego, es usar cartas al nivel de la liga en la que estoy jugando, ya que hace por mucho la diferencia en las batallas y te permite adaptarte y aprovechar mejor los cambios regulares de las estrategias o lo que se conoce mejor como el “Meta”.

Otro aspecto que también me ha sido de gran utilidad, es pertenecer a un clan. Ya que te permite ganar más recompensas en tus batallas de ranked gracias a un “Bonus” que otorga el clan. También ganas SPS y méritos en las guerras de clanes, los méritos te permiten obtener cartas Gladius, las cuales son muy poderosas y dan una gran ventaja en las batallas. Además, también te ayuda a mejorar tus estrategias, ya que usualmente las batallas son un poco más difíciles en comparación a las batallas de ranked.

Iniciar en un juego con un ecosistema tan amplio, puede ser abrumador e incluso estresante, cuando tenemos muchas dudas, no encontramos las respuestas y no sabemos a quién preguntar.

Por estas razones, existen las comunidades, lugares donde tanto la información como la mayoría de los jugadores se reúnen para hacer vida, compartir experiencias y resolver problemas. Another aspect that has also been very useful for me is belonging to a clan. It allows you to earn more rewards in your ranked battles thanks to a "Bonus" given by the clan. You also earn SPS and merits in clan wars, the merits allow you to obtain Gladius cards, which are very powerful and give you a great advantage in battles. Besides, it also helps you to improve your strategies, as usually the battles are a bit more difficult compared to ranked battles.

Starting in a game with such a wide ecosystem can be overwhelming and even stressful, when we have many doubts, we do not find the answers and we do not know who to ask.
