🚨 Conclave Arcana Conflicts: Land, Wagons, and Airdrops—Let’s Go!

in Splinterlands8 days ago (edited)

We’ve been getting little teases for months now that land would play a role in the upcoming Conflict system in Splinterlands… and now it’s finally becoming clear how it all fits together!

This week reveal: Wagons are now tied directly to land. That’s right—your precious land resources finally have a major new use case beyond crafting and boosting production. You can now craft Wagon Kits right from the Artisan Quarter using:

  • 40,000 Wood
  • 10,000 Stone
  • 4,000 Iron
  • 2,500 Aura

These Wagon Kits can be used to redeem wagons for Conflicts or to repair damaged wagons after battles. Even better, they’re fully transferable and tradable on the non-card market—which opens up a whole new layer of strategy and trading potential for landholders.

Wait, Didn't Wagons Cost Way More Before?

If I remember right, the price of a wagon during the Rebellion cycle was somewhere around 10,000 DEC, and you could use vouchers to discount it down to about $6 (IIRC). Well, times have changed!

With the new system using land resources—and pricing Aura based on the cheapest option (Midnight Potions)—the cost to craft a Wagon Kit is now around $4. That’s a drop in cost, making it more appealing for landowners to get involved.

Sneak peak... Will be part of next land stats tool release

My Wagon Fleet Is Ready to Roll

Personally, I’ve already set up my wagons—28 in total—which breaks down to 20 from Rebellion and 8 from my Conclave presale packs. Once things kick off, I just need to remove my 3 Black Foil cards from my land plots and assign them to wagons.

After that, I’m good to go. All set for war!

Rebellion and Conclave Cards Only (But Why Both?)

For the Conclave Arcana Conflict, only Rebellion and Conclave Arcana cards and packs are allowed for staking:

  • Rebellion Cards: 0.5x collection power
  • Conclave Cards: 1x collection power

Pack Points:

  • Rebellion Pack: 50 points
  • CA Standard: 100 points
  • CA Alchemy: 300 points
  • CA Legendary: 600 points

But How Many Points Do We Actually Need?

Okay, now for the juicy new info...

The airdrop system is based on entries:

  • Every 100,000 points = 1 entry
  • Each entry has a 0.125% chance to earn an airdrop
  • 800 entries guarantees 1 airdrop card (that’s 80M points total, 30day period)
  • Every 25 airdropped cards = 1 guaranteed Gold Foil

If using Alchemy potions, it's 1 Gold for every 13 cards

🧪 Potion Bonuses:

PotionEffectCost
AlchemyGold Foil chance → 8%50 per card
MidnightBlack Foil chance → 0.2%50 per card

Also, for every airdropped card received, 1 wagon gets damaged, even if it wasn’t used. You’ll need to repair wagons using the same resource cost before you can use them again.

🧮 Example Math Time

Let’s say you want a guaranteed airdrop:

  • 800 entries × 100,000 points = 80 million points in 30days
So to calc that down to how much CP (of Conclave you need) that would be
    80,000,000 / 30 / 24 = 111,1111 CP

what do i have in CA only

image.png

That’s roughly:
To earn 800 entries over 30 days, you need to stake:

  • 111,111 CP of CA cards, or
  • 1,112 CA Standard packs, or (1112 * 100points * 24hr *30days = 80M)
  • 370 CA Alchemy packs, or (371 * 300points * 24hr *30days = 80M)
  • 185 CA Legendary packs (186 * 600points * 24hr *30days = 80M)

🤞my math is correct here 🤣

So yeah... now we have clear targets to plan for!

Final Thoughts

At the end of the day, I’m just excited to see land becoming even more connected to the broader game ecosystem. More utility, more strategy, more action—it’s what we’ve all been waiting for.

Let the wagons roll, and may your Conflict battles earn you some sweet airdrops!

I’ll see you on the battlefield! 🧙‍♂️⚔️

Can you make a quick MD table for permutations? For cards I mean, A five card combo.

111,111 CP of CA cards

I can do it too, but you can probably do it faster.

Not 100% sure if this is what you are looking for:

Cards (CC) needed for 1 guaranteed airdrop

RarityFoil TypeCP per Card (CC/BXC)Copies Needed for 111,111 CP
CommonRegular522,223
CommonGold125889
CommonBlack625178
RareRegular205,556
RareGold500223
RareBlack2,50045
EpicRegular1001,112
EpicGold2,50045
EpicBlack12,5009
LegendaryRegular500223
LegendaryGold12,5009
LegendaryBlack62,5002

Yes, basically. From this table I can calculate what potential combination I can have to fill my wagon based on my current deck.

I have 138 wagons

So there are numerous options

Option 1: 1 Legendary Black + 1 Epic Black
CP: 62,500 + 12,500 = 75,000
Add 1 Rare Black (2,500) × 14 = 35,000
Total CP = 110,000
Add 1 Common Gold (125) × 9 = 1,125
Total CP = 111,125 (very close)
Total cards = 1 + 1 + 14 + 9 = 25 cards
So, 690 ÷ 25 = 27 full sets → 27 × 111,125 ≈ 3,000,375 CP

This is co-pilot as you can tell, and obviously I won't do it this way

Also note when you have a max copy that has i believe a 5% CP bonus.... so combine 🤣

Just auto fill the first card with the highest CP to the lowest.... do not over think in this case? or do you need to plan which keeps on working on land?

Also, if you want to run them the most efficient way, you'll have to get to a multiplier of 111,112 points/h, and only repair enough wagons to do just that. Saves 5k DEC with each wagon :-D

Problem is the BFs.

They are all currently on Land.

They need to be taken out of land, and my land production will suffer.

Here is the Max CPs for reference

Was just about to reply to you note that your co-pilot missed that BF are maxed
and have the same CC count as gold so:

BF Common = 24,937.5 (625 * 38 * 1.05)
BF rare = 57,750
BF epic = 131,250
BF legendary = 262,500

Damn when you are extremely lucky with Legendary BF you are also rewarded with 2 free airdrops 🤯

Here it is as md table

Love the sneak peak of Aura value! How are you calculating it? Just wondering because it seems to be valued so differently for each crafted item on the market

And yes don’t we all need a BFL or two! Currently sitting below 1 guaranteed airdrop so a bit of work to do

How are you calculating it?

Currently i use the cheapest, most straight forward, aura value. The value of of Midnight potions that cost 40 Aura.

Others are more complicated because the have multiple resources to craft the item where aura is just one ingredient.

That’s what I used in my post too, think it’s the best way.

For now i do also.

One might think you could/should use the highest in this case...

When you earn take the lowest value and when pay take the highest value, but especially when you use the tickets you need to take into account voucher/dec and resource value 🤯

The disparity's between each crafted items valuation of Aura is crazy - we may see it level out as more and more crafted items arrive and utility for auction marks and fortune tickets arrives

I love how the Lands sharing posts work, it looks quite interesting at all times. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.

Definitely interesting times... many items being developed released, land a non-land both are great updates, imho

good stuff

Thanks mate
