We have reached the ninth week of the year harvesting our plots and accumulating the precious grain, this week I had the bitter misfortune of losing a common plot literally next to my epic plot, and it is that while I was funding my wallet with hives that I was buying on Binance the plot was sold and with it the opportunity to start raising a set of adjoining lands that allow me to keep them without having to pay commissions.

Llegamos a la novena semana del año cosechando nuestras parcelas y acumulando el preciado grano, esta semana tuve la amarga desfortuna de perder una parcela común literalmente al lado de mi parcela épica, y es que mientras estaba fondeando mi billetera con hives que estaba comprando en Binance la parcela se vendió y con él la oportunidad de comenzar a levantar un conjunto de tierras colidantes que me permitan mantenerlas sin tener que pagar comisiones.
As you can see, the price of the cheapest plots is already below $14. Personally, I think that if you are going to buy plots, you should make sure that they are in the same territory or at least in the same region to mitigate the costs of the fee. In my case I currently have 2 plots, one in Wild Northeast/Shu Vu and Great Lowlands/Oxborough are different territories, so we are going to focus on the Oxborough territory to see where our epic plot is and the potential territories for sale.
Como pueden ver el precio de las parcelas más económicas están ya por debajo de los 14$ personalmente pienso que si vas a comprar parcelas debe procurarse que éstas se encuentren en el mismo territorio o al menos en la misma región para mitigar los costos del fee. En mi caso actualmente tengo 2 parcelas, una en Wild Northeast/Shu Vu y Great Lowlands/Oxborough son territorios diferentes, entonces vamos a enfocarnos en el territorio de Oxborough para ver donde esta nuestra parcela épica y los potenciales territorios en venta.

On the map we go to the plots we own and we redirect to the epic plot in Great Lowlands and when the map loads we can see our plot in blue and the potential plots for sale in green, on the left we have a panel that allows us to filter the plots for sale by rarity and we can see that 2 of them are next to our plot and are epic, if we click on the closest one we can see its price and if it has any construction or not.
En el mapa nos vamos a las parcelas de nuestra propiedad y nos redirigimos a la parcela épica en Great Lowlands y al cargar el mapa podemos ver nuestra parcela en azul y en verde las potenciales parcelas a la venta, a la izquierda tenemos un panel que permite filtrar por rareza las parcela en venta y podemos ver que 2 de ellas están al lado de nuestra parcela y son épicas, si hacemos click en la más cercana podemos ver su precio y si tiene o no alguna construcción.
Now, entering Peakmonster in the land market saves us a lot of time, using the filter we place the region that interests us and we can see all the information of the plots that are for sale in our region. We can even filter it by resource, grain, magic or occupied but we are going to give a general overview of everything available for purchase.
Ahora bien, entrar en Peakmonster en el mercado de tierras nos ahorra bastante tiempo, usando el filtro colocamos la región que nos interesa y podemos ver toda la información de las parcelas que están a la venta en nuestra región. Podemos incluso filtrarla por recurso, grano, magia u ocupada pero vamos a dar un vistazo general a todo lo disponible para comprar.
The first 6 lands listed are magical, for now we are only interested in the natural ones that start to be listed from $55, too much for a common plot that generates grain, there is also an occupied plot but its price is around $77. Below there are the epic plots but they are already above $100 and the one I am interested in is already above $225.
Las 6 primeras tierras que se listan son mágicas, por ahora no nos interesan sino exclusivamente las naturales que comienzan a listarse a partir de los 55$, demasiado para una parcela común que genera granos, también aparece una parcela ocupada pero su precio esta por los 77$. Más abajo aparecen las parcelas épicas pero ya están por encima de los 100$ y la que me interesa ya esta por arriba de los 225$.
Well, in conclusion I will have to wait for one of these plots to be offered at a lower price or also look for plots no longer in the same region but in the same territory. Maybe in the next report we will do a search in other territories, but for now I leave these steps as a tutorial so you can see how to search for plots within the game or in Peakmonsters.
Bueno, en conclusión tendré que esperar a que alguna de estas parcelas sean ofertadas a menor precio o también buscar parcelas ya no en la misma región pero si en el mismo territorio. Quizás en el próximo reporte hagamos una búsqueda en otros territorios, pero por ahora dejo estos pasos a manera de tutorial para que se vea como buscar parcelas dentro del juego o en Peakmonsters.
Balance of our harvest/Balance de nuestra cosecha
Let's start with our sad common plot that was the nauseating gift that SPL gave us when he revealed our plot, here my goal is to reach a million grains. We didn't get a Totem fragment but we added 42K grains to our silo.
Empecemos por nuestra triste parcela común que fue el nauseabundo regalo que nos dio SPL al revelar nuestra parcela, aquí mi meta es llegar al millón de grano. No obtuvimos fragmento de Totem pero sumamos 42K de granos a nuestro silo.
In Great Lowlands we got the same result, grain. I have a great interest in improving the production of this plot, the most logical thing would be to buy a rare totem since the production would increase from 10 to 25% but I must plan it carefully because if I make that investment and an interesting plot appears in this region I would lose that opportunity for the second time.
En Great Lowlands obtuvimos el mismo resultado, granos. Tengo un gran interés en mejorar la producción de esta parcela lo más lógico sería comprar un tótem raro ya que la producción aumentaría de un 10 a 25% pero debo planificarlo con cuidado ya que si hago esa inversión y aparece una parcela interesante en esta región me haría perder esa oportunidad por segunda vez.
Well, with what I generated in these 2 plots I would add up to about 3 million grains including the commission that they would charge me for moving the grain from Wild Eastern to Great Lowlands, that is why I consider that the correct strategy to start in lands is to try to develop different plots in the same region because it would significantly reduce costs. In my case it would be ideal to accompany this epic plot with 1 or 2 common plots that can generate the same resource.
Bueno con lo generado en estas 2 parcelas sumaría ya unos 3 millones de granos incluyendo la comisión que me cobrarían por mover los granos de Wild Eastern a Great Lowlands, por eso considero que la estrategia correcta para empezar en lands es procurar el desarrollo de distintas parcelas en una misma región porque se abarataría importantemente los costos. En mi caso sería ideal acompañar esta parcela épica con 1 o 2 parcelas comunes que puedan generar el mismo recurso.

As a final detail, I wanted to highlight the issue regarding the modification of the rents, which sets the minimum amount of 1 Dec for renting a card. I approved this change by renting 60 cards last week at a price of 1 Dec and now it is generating a significant amount of Decs. In the context of Lands, with this amount and what I generate for the next harvest, I will be able to pay for the grain consumed by the workers on my 2 plots.
Como último detalle quería destacar el tema sobre la modificación de los alquileres en el que se fija el mínimo para poner en alquiler una carta la cantidad de 1 Dec. Puse aprueba este cambio colocando en alquiler la semana pasada 60 cartas a un precio de 1 dec y vaya que ahora si esta generando una cantidad de Decs significativa. En el contexto de Lands ya con esta cantidad y lo que genere para la próxima cosecha podré pagar el grano que consumen los trabajadores en mis 2 parcelas.
