It's Finally Over

Well hello there!

Thanks to those who have been reading this mini blog series since Day 1! It really means a lot to me, having started out Splinterlands only a month ago.

So, I received my quest early into yesterday (12mn, my time) and finished it by 1am. Over the previous instances, I've opened the rewards immediately. This yielded a horrible profit, one turned out to be a loss.
This was in contrast to the stunning gains that I had obtained (to the tune of USD8-16) when I completed and opened the rewards during the first half of the day.
Well, here it is- I practised delayed gratification(LOL) and opened the rewards at around 9.45am. I'm not surprised, just as ETH gas fees are cheaper when people are sleeping (3-6am where I'm from, no kidding), there might be a mechanism that pays out better , but this is PURE speculation, feel free to share your thoughts!

I've seen many get Legendary cards but I've learnt to be content with an algorithm that I can hardly influence. I'm just glad as long as it turns a profit. It's been a swell time and I will be uploading the final figures soon!
