Splinterlands is a decentralized Hive blockchain based gaming platform. There are so many players connecting with this gaming platform each day. There can be some friends who can guide them but the players who are connected without support need some tips for them. This is why the splinterlands team organizes weekly social media challenges to share something interesting, especially taking the beginners. This time again social media challenge is tips for beginners.

CREATING ACCOUNT & PURCHASING SPELLBOOK

To be the part of play2earn splinterlands, one should have an account either over Hive blockchain or different account for splinterlands. If you are Hive user then there is no need to create a separate account. You can login with your Hive account using a Hive posting key or keychain extension. For that you can use the Play Store application Hive Keychain

While if you use the dapps of the developer then you have to pay but you will get instant account.

Beside it if you are not a Hive user then you can create your account using your email over wombat,
wallet, metamask and venly.
If you have completed this step then need to purchase spellbook. It is a kind of eligibility that cost $10 to be the member of splinterlands. Without it you can play splinterlands but will not be eligible for rewards. From https://splinterlands.com/ you can purchase spellbook after login. Here is the process of purchasing spellbook that you can learn to see the image.This spellbook allow you to earn but you have to purchase summoners and monsters for more earning.

After purchasing spellbook, Monsters and summoners one can participate in
wild ranked battle or modern ranked battle. With the time one can create own Guild where one can get merits and can purchase powerful Gladiators card.

KNOWING SUMMONERS AND ELEMENTS

There are six sources of Magic in splinterlands that are called elements. These elements are Water, Death, Earth, Fire, Dragon and Life. Each Element has summoners with different Buffs and Dbuffs. These some nurse allow you to use monsters. Monsters are the cards with unique abilities that be used in battle. The fire element colour is almost red. Earth justify green colour. Life defines White colour.

Death colour is dark purple. Water element symbol of blue ocean while Dragon's colour is yellowish. These are the symbols with that you can recognise the elements. Dragon and neutral summoners can be use with any element who are you can use the monsters from both elements like Dragon/Neutral and the element with that we use Dragon or neutral summoner. Now with the arrival of rebellion there are couple of Monsters that can be use for two elements. This is a mega event in splinterlands because till now we can use only some of Monsters for dual elements.

MONSTER'S STATS

Actually each monster comes with particular stats that we can understand as ability. Mana is a form of card combat that adjusts them in six card slots.
Another stats are health, armor, attack. There are three attacking varieties: Magic , Melee and Range. Magic that perform from any position. Melee attack without sneak and opportunity attack from first position.

Ranged attack without Close Range ability will perform from distance. Armor provides an extra layer of security against Melee and range attack. It is not applied over Weak Magic ruleset and piercing ability. High health always protect cards. Speed allows them to charge first except of reverse speed ruleset.

Summoners are also a crucial part of the game that provides buffs and dbuffs in the form of additional magic, range and Melee attack. Some of them also provides armor, Poison, piercing, Scattershot, Divine shield, Thorn , Blast +,- speed, Return fire magic reflect etc. Although thrte abilities we get from monsters too but not with every monsters. You can easily understand to see the image below about Card basics.

REINVEST IN SPLINTERLANDS

It is not just that you can earn by being the part of the splinterland game but there is a huge scope for you to earn more from various sources. Yes I am talking about reinvestment in game.
If you are a hive user and you have no money to invest, participate in splinterlands weekly challenge like splinterlands weekly battle mage secrets, weekly social media challenge share and splinterlands art contest to earn Hive.

You can also create more content for various communities to earn more reward. When you will able to add some amount of Hive then you can purchase more Monsters and summoners. With time , if you are able to upgrade these monsters and summoners then there will be more opportunity for you to earn more reward. You can also purchase sps from the market in low price $0.0252 at current price
Not these sps will help you to unlock league but also you will get pretty good apr from staking sps.

Remember that cards can be purchased with Dec. Dec and sps can be purchase with Hive and
other assets. You can also create or join Guild to earn more sps. Using Guild you will be eligible for merits and with merits one care purchase powerful Gladius cards. Gladius cards are game changer cards that can be used with a certain battle ruleset or with Soulbound summoners. This Gladiators and Soulbound are not Transferable or tradable. You can earn it only by playing splinterlands. In daily focus and season reward we get Soulbound cards while we get merits from Brawl and now from focus chests.
It is not just a limit , you can earn more reward by participating in tournaments by burning sps. These are the things that you have to do to be a good player in splinterlands and build up your game wallet.
