A Good Start For This Season

It's been a few days after the new season started. Although we still have 11 more days before the end of season, it is a actually a good opportunity to review our perfomance on the start or the early phase of the season.

So let's start by reviewing what I have collected in the first 3 days...

After 3 days playing in the new season, I have gathered 27.931 glint rewards. Some might not have realized yet, that our glint rewards from battle is actually doubled, one part goes to glint balance that we can use right away. Another part goes to the end of season Glint.

Having 27.931 glint in 3 days, I might havea good chance to get more than 120.000 Glint this season. However things would not be that simple, because some days in the middle of the season, I might go missing. Maybe due to office works or others.

My survival mode performance has been good too. In 3 days I could get 48 battles and I got 700 rating from them. This time I am definitely getting that 100 battles for sure. i will get extra glint and a couple of free cards.

I really do not understand why some people can get 100+ battle easily in a couple of days. Maybe they use bots? it is the only answer that describe it, regarding I see many players are struggling to get battles too... or are you telling me that they do not play rank battles and guild brawls? lol.

Anyway let me think what I will do with my glint...

I have 200k more glint, and the right thing I should do is to get more rewards cards. However I will take a different route this time, not for trial and error but more on efficiency.

I have decided to spend 230.000 Glint to get more Alchemy Potions. I have 169 potions right now, that number is very low for my size. Usually I get 500 alchemy potions and get 10% bonus potion, but this time I will go for 2500 Alchemy potions. I have 125 more potions compared to buying them in 500 potions.

For some people this might be a bad move, I do feel that way too. However I stick to my mid term plan, which that in June 2026 I will get a full batch of Epic Draws. I must prepared all the requirement from now, rather than spontaneously or impulsely buying everything that available in front of my eyes

So what about my rewards cards?

For this Conclave Arcada rewards cards, my line up is actually quite worry some. I am a gold foil brawl players so Gold Foil matters a lot for me, and I tend to overlook the regular foils....

Currently I only have 11 Gold Foil rewards cards, I am talking about the Conclave Arcana Rewards Edition here, so don't get mix up with the others. 2 of them are Epic cards, 1 rare cards, and the rest 8 common cards.

From this distribution, you might wonder why I do not aim for the Rare Card next time I can pull out one whole cards draws batch... Well I have plenty of regular foil, that's the answer. Meanwhile my Epic Cards are very limited and I see that part is the one that need quick fix now. Even I do not buy Common and Rare card draws, I keep getting them through loot chests.

Anyway let me upgrade my Gold Foil cards first. I get them mostly from the Cards Draws but some of them I got them through loot chests I got when I advanced the leagues.

The first one is Surgeblade, I like this card. She is a good card during certain modifiers such as Melee Unit only ruleset. Other than that, I see her as a good backline wall, as she won't be killed by a single attack.

But still, she is not some cards that is amazing.

I like Grim Bonewhip RUST ability, however that's all what I like about him. Honestly although I see him as a decent card, I rarely play him in my line up. Somehow there are always be a better choice than him.

The last one is Palimpsest Prophet. This one has a complicated naming lol. I only use him during the earthquake modifier, as I hardly can see how this unit can perform well in my line up.

So my cards upgrade is not a good one today, but I believe my new season start is a good one. It might be not the best or amazing one, but It keeps my season performance on check with my standard.
