The Ruleset
- Rulesets - Maneuvers, Aim True & Aimless
- Mana Cap - 48
- Active Elements -
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: Immortalis
- With the ruleset and element pick that I got I felt like the best possible summoner for me needed to be useful in any kind of battle
- So in my case I went with earth element and Immortalis as his Void counters magic teams and -1 hp and Shatter both are useful in any battle that should come my way
1st Position: Mycelic Infantry
- Mycelic Infantry was my main tanks for this battle
- Main reason I like Mycelic Infantry here a lot is his Shield ability
- Combined with my summoners Void my Mycelic Infantry was going to take only half the damage my enemy might come with my way
- Shield - 50% less damage (rounded up) from physical attacks or 0 damage from physical attacks of 1 power
2nd Position: Grund
- Grund was my main damage dealer in this battle
- I really do like using Grund in battles with Maneuvers active as in any other type of battle I feel like he just dies too fast in the first position but now I had tank in front of him
- Double Strike - Attacks twice each turn
3rd Position: Mycelic Slipspawn
- Mycelic Slipspawn was my secondary tank
- Main idea for him was that he was going to tank some attacks so my first position tank could live longer
- Mycelic Slipspawn also had Forcefield and a lot of hp which makes him a great tank
- Taunt - Draws the attacks of enemy units. Does not affect Reach, Scattershot, Wingbreak, or enemy units in the first position
- Forcefield - Attacks dealing 5 base damage or more instead deal 1 damage
4th Position: Mushroom Seer
- Next up in line is my take on countering my enemy playing magic based comp
- Mushroom Seer does not have the greatest stats for being 5 mana but his ability makes it fine with me
- Silence - -1 magic power to all enemy units
5th Position: Wood Nymph
- Wood Nymph was my first healer for this team
- His stats were not great at all but the only thing I wanted was his Tank Heal ability
- Tank Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down) to the allied unit in the first position
6th Position: Goblin Psychic
- Goblin Psychic was my second healer and the last monster for this team
- Not like the last healer Goblin Psychic had some great stats on him and also the Affliction ability which I really like
- Tank Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down) to the allied unit in the first position
- Affliction - 50% chance to apply Afflicted after a successful attack. Afflicted units cannot be healed
Starting board
- The starting board was looking quite sad for me as his team had much high level monsters
- I managed to counter his magic monsters with my Silence and Void combo but it felt like it was not enough to win this battle for me
- But my predictions could still be off by a mile so lets start the battle and have a look
Here's how the battle went
1st & 2nd Round
- After first two rounds the board was still looking quite over yet for me
- I had lost my tank but got back his Ravenhood Warden and his first and second position monsters were standing with 1 and 2 hp which looked super great for me
- But anything could still happen so lets keep watching
3rd Round
- After 3nd Round my amazement was huge when I saw that my enemy only had monsters with 1 magic damage each left
- That meant there was no way I was losing this battle
- Now I just needed to wait and take down my enemies last 3 monsters
4th Round
- In the 4th round nothing interesting really happened other than all three enemy monsters losing some hp while my Grund gained hp
- The next round should be the last before I claim my victory
5th Round
- It took me 1 whole round to kill my enemies last standing monsters
- After the rest of his team had fallen I took the victory

Summary
- This battle had definitely a interesting outcome
- The two strategies to take away from this battle are the Void + Shield double heal combo and the standard Void + Silence combo
- Both of these strategies managed to brough me the victory even when my enemy had much higher level cards than I did
