Wow, you are a new and already can turn a profit from lands. This game is nuts. I am so lucky to be an Alpha investor. But I also saw the potential right away. Just like you, I spent much time on Diablo II and III (and WoW) and even made a little money selling DII items twenty years ago on ebay - but now it is all build-in and hyperdeflationary. I love it!
