A Summoner with -2 to Speed (for the opposition)? I can't see it happening.., that's also too strong.
I think Rathe is pretty good TBH, worth picking up a few more while you can for sure!
I have a L3 and L4, but want a few more. I won't make that mistake again.
There's a window of maybe a couple of months to pick them up!
