🔥 Land 1.75 is Coming – The Future of Splinterlands Land Awaits! 🔥
The wait is almost over, and Land 1.75 is about to revolutionize the way you manage, strategize, and profit from your land in Splinterlands! 🗓️ Mark your calendars – Land 1.75 is scheduled to launch on March 18th! 🗓️ This update isn't just an upgrade—it's a fundamental evolution in how resources are gathered, utilized, and traded. Whether you're optimizing your plots for maximum efficiency, diving into new liquidity pools, or preparing for the new resource economy, this is your chance to take land ownership to the next level. Here’s what’s coming:
🌲 NEW RESOURCES – Build, Harvest, and Thrive!
• Wood, Stone, & Iron are now essential building blocks for land productivity.
• Worksites are now terrain-dependent, meaning careful planning will be crucial—check the whitepaper for full details!
• Grain worksites on incompatible terrain will auto-convert into Wood, Stone, or Iron upon first harvest, ensuring every plot remains valuable!
💰 NEW LPs & RESOURCE SWAPS – A True Player-Driven Economy!
• DEC liquidity pools (LPs) are launching for Wood, Stone, and Iron, giving players more ways to trade and invest in resources.
• Direct resource swaps between different materials will allow for seamless in-game economy balancing.
• LP providers will earn fees—turning liquidity management into another avenue for smart earnings!
New Liquidity Pool Fee Toggle Now Live!
Managing your liquidity rewards just got easier! We’ve added a new toggle switch, allowing you to seamlessly switch between:
🔄 Total fees for the entire pool
Fees you’ve earned individually as a liquidity provider 📈
Now, you can track your earnings with precision and make smarter liquidity decisions at a glance!
🗺️ GAMEPLAY & UI ENHANCEMENTS – Smarter, Smoother Land Management!
- New Map Filters make it easier than ever to see what resources your land supports at a glance!
• Land 1.75 introduces Wood, Stone, and Iron as crucial resources for land productivity, but unlike Grain, these resources will be significantly more scarce.
📊 Production Rates Per Production Point Per Hour:
• Grain – 0.02 (unchanged)
• Wood – 0.005
• Stone – 0.002
• Iron – 0.0005
Since these production rates are much lower than Grain, Wood, Stone, and Iron will be far more limited in supply, making them a key resource for both landowners and the Splinterlands economy.
🔨 But production is just the beginning—Wood, Stone, and Iron will also be required to generate SPS & Research. The consumption rates will match the production rates, meaning that when you harvest SPS or Research:
- Every 1 base Production Point spent per hour toward production will consume
- 0.005 Wood
- 0.002 Stone
- 0.0005 Iron
To put this into perspective:
💡 If you have a 5,000 Production Point Research plot, you'll need an equal amount of Wood, Stone, and Iron production to match it (along with enough Grain) to be fully self-sufficient.
• Totem Fragments can now only be found when harvesting from Research Huts, Castles, or Keeps, making these plots more valuable than ever.
• New UI icons for Type, Geography, and Rarity improve the overall experience—managing your land has never been this intuitive and immersive
⚠️ IMPORTANT – Prepare Now or Get Left Behind!
• No stockpile of new resources will exist at launch! If your land is producing Research or SPS, you’ll need Wood, Stone, & Iron for your first harvest.
• Pro Tip: Claim your SPS and Grain BEFORE the update to avoid delays and maximize your production from Day 1!

🚀 Land 1.75 is more than an update—it’s a turning point in the Splinterlands land ecosystem! Whether you're a land baron, a strategist, or an economy-savvy player, this update offers new ways to grow, trade, and profit. But this is just the beginning—we have big plans to expand the utility of land resources into even more areas of the game in the near future! The economic depth of Praetoria is only going to grow, and those who prepare now will be positioned for long-term success.
🔥 Land 1.75 launches March 18th – The time to act is NOW! 🔥
That is, the requirements of Grain for each Plot remain the same, but 3 new Resources are added to the requirements?
Not only does it all need to be recalculated, but it also means that we will spend even more on servicing the Land and receive even less (although the profits were already meager)
Guess I'm a stone mason now.
Guess I am a Wood Cutter now.. We should be friends lol
I have at least a plot with all of them but going to try and trade some of the 20 plots out of 25 i dont use bc i jsut have high pp on my plots with runi and boosts to bulk out the efficiency of them instead of having many plots they just produce the equivalent of a bunch of plots makes it easier and the boosts can get pretty sweet on a maxed plot. As of now the income is looking good i think im doing like 20 bucks a day plus as the prices are now but im sure that will die down. Started adding to the wood lp since prices decreased was selling when it was higher and still selling a lot of the others when i get it but those eventually will come down to but prob not as fast as wood did. Not bothering with SPS except for a tiny bit of ppp on my common occupied to see what the production efficiency is so i can decide if i would want to move pp over if it is efferent or prices shoot up making it worth it and will be hording a portion of each resource to be able to harvest sps if it rips if the burning starts to happen at all and been converting dec i get from selling to sps for now to as i think it will pop up maybe around CA release.
greatest news in a long time! <3

Oh man... I am so excited for this!!!
It's been a long time coming!!
It is great to finally see these upgrades. I wish we would be able to see Land 2.0 much faster with more developers working on the project once funds start coming from Conclave Arcana.
Lets not rush that it means we would need to spend more money I want to extract some cost basis back from selling resources first lol.
The price increase of the value of assets you own will make up for that. Imagine SPS making another All Time High and going mainstream.
Good to see the progress, but it does become more and more difficult for smaller land owners. I just checked, and 5 out of my 6 lands are plains.
During the initial land claim run, it was advised the claim lands in the same region and next to each other to provide benefits. But now I'm being punished by being in a large "plains" cluster. Maybe this will be improved in the future, as there seems to be know bonus for neighbouring plots.
