Together, let's ascend the ladder.
Let's begin with the first league division. When you first start playing the game, you will have a zero rating, which means you are in the Wood Division, which is where new players and novices play. It all comes down to figuring out the system and using the new level 1 card style. Playing at a lesser tier allows you to become more familiar with the game's rules and the monster's powers. As a novice, I also liked playing games with low ratings since I could enjoy the random placement of the cards.
League Overview
Wood : 0-259 😀
Bronze: 260-999 😃
Silver: 1000-1899 😄
Gold: 1900-2799 😁
Diamond: 2800-3699 😆
Champion: 3700-4300 🤑
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a new player is beating the wood league division and reaching the bronze because it strengthens your confidence and strategy for breaking the wood level. To go from zero to 259, you must inspire yourself to overcome your fear and unleash your true potential power for climbing the rankings. Bronze is an excellent place to start considering that you can play your cards with good combinations or random types of positioning it depends on how you understand each card on your hand. Remember that you will have a free chest in every going-up league, so develop the habit of learning and becoming familiar with the cards to outplay your opponent and move your league to the next level of play.
The good news is that if you get into the third tier (tier III, 260–399), which is the only way to advance after finishing the wood level, you will be able to open a 3 bronze chest. It is a random chest, so if you're lucky, you might be able to get one of the major loots, such as legendary and gold cards.
The catch for new players is the Tier I 700-999 rating, which is one of the many challenges most new players must overcome because some bronze players are competitive in the modern era and can play strong cards or max-level cards. Tier II 400-699 also grants you three bronze chests for progressing, so work harder to reach and break Tier III & Tier II.
You can now fight gold and silver if you are confident enough to play and advance in the league. If you continue to improve and have better cards, you can compete on diamond. If you are becoming an expert, you can now be more competitive and earn a lot of rewards by playing in the champion and receiving those leaderboard rewards. I understand that it's challenging, but you will be among the top players in Splinterlands if you can stay up and take on more formidable opponents. In my situation, I'm making every effort to be the best player, but I'm also still studying and working hard to advance to the diamond level and reach a champion league.
