MILANESA DE CARNE DE RES CON ENSALADA DE LECHUGA, CEBOLLA Y TOMATE-----BEEF MILANESA WITH LETTUCE, ONION AND TOMATO SALAD

Buenos dias a todos lo componentes de HIVE, llego el fin de semana, asi que mejor que cocinar para el almuerzo una sabrosas milanesas de carne de res, acompañado con ensalada de lechuga, tomates y cebolla, para preparar estas milanesas, que mejor que hacerlo con carne de res como dije, (en este caso se trata de carnaza cuadrada) es una de las partes mas tiernas del animal, bueno despues de golpearlas un poco con el martillo de cocina, para que hasi salga mas blanda todavia y por supuesto mas rica.

Un aves que tenemos condimentada dicha carne, para su proceso la pasamos todo por un volts, el cual contiene, huevo, pimienta y sal a gusto, tambien un poco de aji molido que es el que le da el gusto ideal, despues por el pan rallado y luego freiralas en la sarten la cual contiene aceite y un poco de grasa vegetal.
