Lagos had a formidable penetration rate back in the steem days, but those guys are gone now, to the next shiny thing. But we now have a more stable hive population in other places in Nigeria. So I think the population has now been shared to cities like Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kaduna and Ibadan. The Lagos dominance seems to have dissipate. People are also moving out of Lagos to these cities because of high Cost of living.
