The sunrise this morning was very colorful so I took a couple of photos. I modified the best looking one using GIMP and the G'mic Dream Smoothing filter.

I might post the original in my other account this evening. I tried several different filters on this photo but I like the Dream Smoothing filter the best. There are a lot of different settings to try in this filter and when I have some extra time I like to try them out to see what kind of results I can get.
The smart phone camera does not capture the look of the sky exactly but the results have been getting better with the advances in processing. The filter does not make things look more realistic but it does remind me of what things look like first thing in the morning.

I use Gimp it is a free program. You can install a G'mic software program in GIMP to add some fun filters, it is free too. There are a lot of filters you can use on your photos with these software programs.

I haven't played with the Gimp filters in a long time, but I use to like too. Maybe I'll make a mental note to pull that back up soon.
The sky does like kind of dreamy.
I have a lot of fun with different software. Gimp is the only thing I have right now out on the road. I like it a lot and the price is right.
I see it looks like there is a white light clearly visible in the clouds, your modification is very good
