This is the result of taking one of my recent pictures and running it through some filters in GIMP and G'Mic. The white balance on the original photo was off so I did a correction for that. I might have gotten carried away with trying out different filters on the photo:
I think it is kind of fun to experiment just a bit.
On my main machine some of the G'Mic filters don't work. I might go back to using my laptop for editing if I can't figure out what it causing the errors. Everything seems to work fine on the laptop.
interesting.... and veiny.....and wilty like steamed lettuce. I have never steamed lettuce.... but maybe the leaves of an over-watered plant. Which reminds me, one of my plants wants some water right now ! 😄
Wonder if you could reload or update the program on your main machine.
It does seem a little cracked and dry. I think I could update the program on my main machine. It is a bit annoying to have to use my laptop but updating my main machine takes effort too. Hard to decide which is the lesser of the evils, lol.
