Curso de dibujo #6 - Geometrías y formas [ESP-ENG]

Buenos días, amigos de Hive Arte! ¿Cómo están? Tengan todos un excelente comienzo de semana. Extrañaba continuar con mi curso y mostrarles mi experiencia, hoy vengo a mostrarles la unidad 3 del curso, que es el ejercicio número 7 y hoy nos toca todo lo opuesto que la clase pasada donde hicimos formas libres y trabajo imaginativo. Hoy es geometría y formas establecidas para que armen algo más.Vamos a poner manos a la obra en este nuevo desafío.

Good morning, Hive Arte friends, how are you? Have a great start of the week. I missed to continue with my course and show you my experience, today I come to show you unit 3 of the course, which is exercise number 7 and today we have the opposite of the last class where we did free forms and imaginative work. Today it's geometry and established shapes for you to put together something else, let's get down to work on this new challenge.

Antes que nada, quiero contarles que siento que avanzo y mejoro en mis posibilidades, pero la geometría no es mi disciplina preferida. Y encima este ejercicio es con 'reglas de formas' yo con mucha suerte pude encontrar las que me regaló mi amigo Juanito (él es maestro mayor de obras y sus reglas son de lo más cómicas, para el baño o para distintas habitaciones de la casa) pero me sirvieron bastante bien, al menos para completar el ejercicio, alguna nariz fue realizada con el 'bidet' detalle del que aún me río 🤭

First of all, I want to tell you that I feel that I am advancing and improving in my possibilities, but geometry is not my favorite discipline. And on top of that, this exercise is with 'shape rules', I was very lucky to find the ones that my friend Juanito gave me (he is a master builder and his rules are very funny, for the bathroom or for different rooms of the house) but they served me quite well, at least to complete the exercise, some nose was made with the 'bidet' detail that I still laugh about 🤭.

Comencé con una hoja liviana y en lápiz, entendí enseguida que esto no era recomendado, así que volví a empezar en una hoja de mayor gramaje y con marcador. Pero completé varios rostros antes de estar conforme y poder soltar la práctica más y más. Logré el primer objetivo de crear un rostro y luego completar el ejercicio final, donde la idea era colorear con tinta y dar mayor presencia a algunas partes del dibujo, siendo más de dos rostros los necesarios en una sola hoja y hacerlos interactuar un poco.

I started with a light sheet of paper and in pencil, I understood right away that this was not recommended, so I started again on a heavier sheet of paper and with a marker. But I completed several faces before I was satisfied and could release the practice more and more. I achieved the first goal of creating a face and then completed the final exercise, where the idea was to color with ink and give more presence to some parts of the drawing, being more than two faces needed on a single sheet and make them interact a little.

Es muy entretenido cuando creas más de un rostro a la vez porque empiezas a jugar y a soltar los miedos : esta cara llevará tal nariz, esta otra llevará estos ojos, y si aquí hago el cabello de esta manera? Todo es prueba y nada es error. Poder probar distintas opciones sin sentir que es una equivocación, es todo un logro. No hay ojos establecidos, boca ni nariz. Solo diversión garantizada. Y el resultado final es tan diverso que no encuentro disconformidad en él. Algunos ojos eran ventanas, cuadrados, narices que son solo triángulos, bocas que son medios círculos. Es muy entretenido y sigue generando en mi ganas de crear, cuando creí que no iba a poder con esto, logré darle mi estilo también.

It is very entertaining when you create more than one face at a time because you start to play and let go of your fears: this face will have this nose, this one will have these eyes, what if I do the hair this way? Everything is a trial and nothing is a mistake. To be able to try different options without feeling that it is a mistake is an achievement. There are no set eyes, mouth or nose. Just guaranteed fun. And the end result is so diverse that I find no disagreement in it. Some eyes were windows, squares, noses that are just triangles, mouths that are half circles. It is very entertaining and continues to generate in me the desire to create, when I thought I would not be able to do it, I managed to give it my style as well.

Yo no usé tinta con pincel, pero usé un marcador tipo pincel con tinta china que resaltó el efecto buscado y la presencia realmente se nota, aunque hubiera preferido usar distintos marcadores me atreví al desafío de que todo fuese en línea gruesa. Incluso no me gustó hacerlo a mano ya que el pequeño temblor se nota y deja de estar totalmente recto, pero no hay problema, el dibujo final si es encantador, al menos me dejó conforme con lo logrado.

I did not use ink with a brush, but I used a brush marker with Chinese ink that highlighted the desired effect and the presence really shows, although I would have preferred to use different markers I dared the challenge that everything was in thick line. I didn't even like to do it by hand because the little tremor is noticeable and it is no longer completely straight, but no problem, the final drawing is charming, at least I was satisfied with what was achieved.

El próximo ejercicio haré más y más pruebas y mostraré también otros descubrimientos, pero por ahora es todo y espero que lo hayan disfrutado, les mando un beso enorme y feliz fin de semana ! 😊
