Hola amigos de HiveArte, reciban un cordial saludo en esta oportunidad para mostrarles la continuación de la serie de ilustraciones y collages realizados para la celebración de las fiestas Decembrinas en la Institución donde laboro y a su vez aprovechar la participación en el concurso propuesto por Uds. con respecto a las fiestas navideñas.
Esta es una actividad que se realiza anualmente en los diferentes departamentos para incentivar el intercambio y las relaciones humanas entre los empleados a través de concursos de pesebres relacionados con la Navidad y Año Nuevo.
Esta actividad fue suspendida debido a la pandemia de los años 2020 – 2021. Por iniciativa del Departamento de Recursos Humanos se retoma la idea de estos concursos y se hace un llamado al personal de los diferentes departamentos.
El pesebre se desarrolla, con la incorporación de caricaturas de los compañeros de trabajo representando, en forma jocosa y guardando el respeto hacia nuestra religión, a los diferentes personajes de la tradición navideña,
Dichos trabajos son realizados en cajas de cartón sobrantes y recortes de caricaturas realizadas, tizas pastel, creyones y lápiz grafito.
En los comienzos de estos trabajos no pertenecía a esta maravillosa comunidad HIVE y por lo tanto no realizo el paso a paso debido. De todas maneras aprovecho para mostrárselos.
El Departamento de Proyectos, al cual pertenezco, propone en esta oportunidad como escenario, el parque nacional Waraira Repano ó cerro El Ávila en cuya falda se desarrolla la ciudad de Caracas (Venezuela).

Hello friends of HiveArte, receive a cordial greeting in this opportunity to show you the continuation of the series of illustrations and collages made for the celebration of the Christmas holidays in the Institution where I work and at the same time take advantage of the participation in the contest proposed by you with respect to the Christmas holidays.
This is an activity that is carried out annually in the different departments to encourage the exchange and human relations among employees through nativity scene contests related to Christmas and New Year.
This activity was suspended due to the pandemic for the years 2020 - 2021. At the initiative of the Human Resources Department, the idea of these contests is taken up again and a call is made to the personnel of the different departments.
The nativity scene is developed with the incorporation of caricatures of coworkers representing, in a humorous way and respecting our religion, the different characters of the Christmas tradition,
These works are made with leftover cardboard boxes and caricature cut-outs, pastel chalks, crayons and graphite pencils.
At the beginning of these works I did not belong to this wonderful HIVE community and therefore I did not make the proper step by step. However, I take this opportunity to show them to you.
The Projects Department, to which I belong, proposes in this opportunity as scenery, the Waraira Repano National Park or El Avila Hill, on the slope of which the city of Caracas (Venezuela) is located.

1.- Comienzo con la selección del cartón existente en el depósito (cartón corrugado de 4mm de espesor)
1.- I start with the selection of the existing cardboard in the warehouse (4mm thick corrugated cardboard).
2.- Aprovechando las virtudes del cartón se me ocurre utilizar el recurso 3D para escenificar la montaña, vegetación y edificaciones tratando de dar profundidad al ambiente.
2.- Taking advantage of the virtues of cardboard, I thought of using the 3D resource to stage the mountain, vegetation and buildings trying to give depth to the environment.

4.- Después de recortar y pegar, este es el resultado del intercambio de opinión entre los compañeros para su ubicación dentro del pesebre. En él se observan las caminerias, cascadas, flora y fauna existentes dentro del parque, así como el hotel Humboldt, teleférico y desarrollo urbano al fondo. Faltaría por colocar las luces y guirnaldas para la decoración final.
4.- After cutting and pasting, this is the result of the exchange of opinions among colleagues for its location within the nativity scene. It shows the paths, waterfalls, flora and fauna inside the park, as well as the Humboldt Hotel, cable car and urban development in the background. It remains to place the lights and garlands for the final decoration.
