Creo es mi primera vez publicando en la comunidad, debo confesar que hace más de un mes enraizar me invitó a participar en una iniciativa, para entonces entre las ocupaciones y distracciones olvide participar, pero, me gusta pensar que nunca es tarde para comenzar, así que comencemos por el principio.

¡Hola a todos en esta comunidad! Espero que lo que verán a continuación sea de su agrado o de cierto interés, por lo que sin dar demasiadas largas al asunto me gustaría comenzar diciendo que no suelo ser un gran consumidor de contenido en formato audiovisual por redes sociales, sin embargo cuando hay algún proyecto que me parezca interesante me puedo llegar a obsesionar en el buen sentido de la palabra.

Recientemente he descubierto un proyecto al que sus creadores decidieron llamar “CriolloSapiens” y que ellos mismos definen como:

“CriolloSapiens es un espacio de pensamiento crítico hecho en y para Venezuela. Usando conceptos de filosofía y sociología, y desde un enfoque fenomenológico, exploramos cómo el venezolano vive, se percibe y se relaciona con su realidad. Una mirada introspectiva a nuestros matices, contradicciones y la hermosa ambigüedad de ser venezolano.”

Lo que me ha parecido algo realmente asombroso y llegados a este punto, debo confesar que desde hace meses he vuelto a pensar en eso que viene a ser “ el ser venezolano, ¿acaso hay algo como el ser venezolano? ¿acaso hay algo que nos diferencia de los demás? y si fuese ese el caso ¿Como podemos acceder a ello? ¿Es algo definido o determinado? o acaso más bien es algo en continua construcción y movimiento. Dicho esto, ha llegado hasta mí los videos de Criollo Sapiens y que quiero recomendarles a todos, claramente a mis compatriotas venezolanos, pero también a cualquiera que le pueda parecer interesante entender un poco del “modo del ser del venezolano”, que gracias a la reciente diáspora parece que no hay lugar en el mundo donde no esté o haya pasado un(a) venezolano(a).

CriolloSapiens

Este proyecto, que viene a entregarnos no un podcast, sino que parece ser una especie de producción audiovisual a modo de serie documental que busca reflexionar sobre “la experiencia venezolana”, y que apenas van en su segundo episodio.

Hablemos del primer episodio...pero antes, si gustas puedes ir a verlo.

Como en toda sociedad, el amor es de los pilares que no solo hacen que los ciudadanos se comporten de determinada manera, sino que nos determina, nos identifica de cierto modo, el amor viene a ser un factor que nos atraviesa. El identificar cómo amamos nos permite pensar en el por qué somos como somos, o el por que creemos lo que creemos y es por tal razón les recomiendo miren el primer episodio y la entrevista correspondiente.

Sobre el segundo episodio...

Con el amor miramos un poco la historia e hicimos una mirada introspectiva, pero, con el segundo episodio la mirada es diferente, se posa sobre un factor exterior pero que de igual modo nos determina y nos identifica, el transporte venezolano.

Decía Heráclito de Éfeso, todo fluye... lo único permanente es el cambio y es que precisamente si hay algo que se mueve y nos mueve es el transporte, como lo dice Ari (la presentadora de Criollo Sapiens) todos en algún momento del día recurrimos al transporte independientemente el tipo de transporte.

Pero, no todo transporte es igual o nos brinda de un mismo contexto, de hecho, la cosa cambia a cada rato, y no solo entre los tipos de transporte sino también la ruta que estos siguen. Como nos movemos dice mucho de lo que somos y de nuestras condiciones materiales que sin lugar a dudas devela un aspecto de nuestro ser.

Este episodio sobre el transporte también esta acompañado de una entrevista, que al igual que en el primer episodio mi recomendación es mirar el episodio y seguidamente la entrevista correspondiente

A modo de conclusión además de recomendarles miren los episodios que hasta la fecha se han emitido, me gustaría mencionar que el ser venezolano es complejo de atrapar, de definir y delimitar, esta serie lo que me hace pensar es que lo que pretende es apuntar a aspectos verticales del modo de ser venezolano sabiendo que no es posible generalizar muchas cosas a todas las regiones del país.

Pero, como se ha realizado en la ciudad de Caracas (capital de Venezuela) puedo decir que es de las ciudades (si no la más) pluricultural, hay personas de cada región y eso hace que la experiencia caraqueña tenga un poco de todo. Debo decir que he tenido de experimentar por largo tiempo a Caracas, gran parte de mis estudios fueron allá, pero, soy de una ciudad del interior del país, de Barquisimeto para ser preciso, que esta ubicada al centroccidente de Venezuela y aunque hay muchos rasgos unísonos a la capital, hay otros que no, por ejemplo, el modo en el cual nos referimos a los autobuses, en Caracas se les llama "camionetica" o "camioneta" en cambio, en Barquisimeto se les llama Ruta. Sin embargo la experiencia del transporte público es muy similar.

Without further ado, I'd like to start by saying that I'm not usually a big consumer of audiovisual content on social media, but when I find a project that interests me, I can become obsessed with it in a good way.

I recently discovered a project that its creators decided to call “CriolloSapiens,” which they themselves define as:

"CriolloSapiens is a space for critical thinking created in and for Venezuela.
