And every office had a portrait picture, or the famous ER II crest, or both. Officially she was the CIC of all armed forces of the UK, not the MoD or the Prime Minister. And the royals made frequent visits to regiments. Man, that was always a big fuzz and everybody was on edge then.
Yeah, it feels strange now with Charles. I don't yet have a coin with his image. Don't know if I ever will. The time for buying silver is coming to an end, I guess. And my stock pile is sufficient... :)

Yeah, my stack, especially of silver, is getting out of hand. The ratios are nowhere and the opportunity to convert into gold is nil. But I keep buying.
