Honestly, living by the day at the moment, I can't do anything for long, changing what I do every 30 minutes or so because I just can't deal with the pain. Planned on swimming today as well but I was caught up with the pain, it annoys the sh*t out of me and I saw a pool filled with kids being loud and I was not up for that because I'm also a bit afraid that an accident happens hurting me even more.
I prefer the pool when it's close to empty. Tomorrow we will go early so that we at least have an hour or so.
Sorry to hear things aren't better back wise... I know how that feels all too well. Hopefully you can make it to the pool early tomorrow, just take it easy and you should do OK!
