Trliste’nin Renkleri Challenge: Başarı - Success [Tr - En]

Merhaba arkadaşlar, Trliste grubundaki etkinliğin üçüncü haftasındayız. Bu hafta müzikler veya başarı hakkında yazıyoruz. Bu yazı başlıktan da anlaşılacağı üzere başarı kavramı üzerine. Herkese göre farklı anlamlar ifade eden böylesine geniş bir kavramı içimden geldiğince yazıya döktüm. Umarım keyifli zaman geçirirsiniz.

Başarı kimine göre bir değer elde etmektir. Kimine göre bir duruma erişmektir. Kimine göre ise bir yolculuktur. Bazılarına göre ise zaten başarısızlık diye bir şey yoktur. Derler ki: “ya başarırım ya da öğrenirim”. Bazı insanlar için başarılı olmak tanımı, diğerleri tarafından verilen bir nişan iken kimileri için ise kendi tarafından konulan bir başlıktır.

Her bir kimsenin başarısındaki ortak nokta ise; onun rastgele bir durum olmamasıdır. Bilinçli bir istemdir. Gayret gösterilir, emek verilir. Ortada bir hedef vardır. Bir gaye vardır. Bir amaç için güdülenme vardır. Ortada hedefler var ise bir de planlar vardır. Günlük, haftalık, aylık ya da yıllık planlar yapılır. Her varılan kademede oluşan tatmin duygusu ile bir sonraki adım atılır. Bir de sözü pek edilmeyen hissiyatlar vardır pek tabi... Aynı paket ile birlikte bonus olarak gelirler. Şüphe, güvensizlik, hırs, öfke vb. gibi. Belki de başarıyı getiren bu gerilimleri ne kadar iyi yönetebildiğimizdir. Bunlar aslında bizi ileri götüren yakıtlardır.

Hep bir sonraki seviye ya da toptan başka bir yol için arayıştayızdır. Hatta işin ucunu kaçırıp ”olmayınca” ya da ”elde edemeyince“ şikayet eder halde buluruz kendimizi. İpin ucu dedim ya, işte onu kaçırınca hakikaten çözümler yerine sorunlara odaklanmaya başlarız. Sonrasında ise artık doğru soruları sormayı da bırakıp kendimizce kestirme suçlamalara kaçmaya başlarız. Bahaneler kuşatır etrafımızı.

Aslında başarıya sahip olunca çoktan elimizden kayıp gider. Bir gün, bir hafta belki de bir süre daha anar sonra sıradaki başarıya odaklanırız. Hatta unutulmaması için öncekilerine dair plaket, sertifika, kupa, diploma vb. verilir. Unutmamak için, mezar taşları gibi... Biten serüven bir sonrakine hayat verir. Öyle değil mi ya? Kabuk değiştirmiyorsam ne anlamı var başarının? Ya da hala aynı ben isem başarısız mıyım?

Başarılı olmak için kendi cevaplarımızı bulmalıyız. Ortaya çıkan noktaları birleştirip kendi haritamızı çizmeliyiz. Belki de başarı hem sürecin kendisi hem de varılan bir noktadır. Aşmak istediğimiz dünyanın haritasını her bir adımda işlemektir inceden. İlk adımla başlar ya her şey, hiç bir zaman son adım olmasın isteriz zaten. Başarı kağıdın kenarına alınan notlardır. Çalışırken masanın üzerinde beliren çay lekeleridir. Gün doğarken daha yeni uyumaktır. O an ki şartlar altında bir üst iradeye sahip olmaktır. Her defasında bizi bir noktadan diğerine taşıyacak olan doğru soruları sormaktır. Bütüncül bir zihin yapısıdır. Ve herkesin en büyük başarısı, baş rolü oynadığı kendi hayatıdır.

Hello friends, we are in the third week of the challenge event in the Trliste group. This week we are writing about music or success. As the title suggests, this article is about the concept of success. I wrote in an honest manner about such a broad concept that has different meanings for different people. I hope you enjoy your reading.

For some, success is acquiring a value, while it means reaching to a state for others. It may also mean a journey. Some peole even think that there is no such thing as failure. They say: "either I succeed or I learn". For some people, the definition of success is a badge given by others, while for others it is a title given by themselves.

The common factor in each person's success is that it is not random. It is a conscious will. Effort is made, labor is given. There is a goal. There is a destination. There is motivation for a purpose. If there are goals, there are also plans. Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly plans are made. The next step is taken with a sense of satisfaction at each level reached. Of course, there are also feelings that are not mentioned much... They come as a bonus with the same package. Doubt, insecurity, ambition, anger, etc. Perhaps it is about how well we are able to manage these tensions. They are actually the fuel that drives us forward.

We are always looking for the next level or another way altogether. We even get carried away and find ourselves complaining when we "don't get it" or "can't achieve it". When we lose the thread, we start to focus on the problems instead of the solutions. And then we stop asking the right questions and start making shortcut accusations. Excuses surround us.

In fact, once we have success, it is already gone. We remember it for a day, a week, maybe for a while, and then we focus on the next achievement. We even give certificates, trophies, diplomas, etc. for the previous ones so that they are not forgotten. Like tombstones, so as not to forget. The finished journey gives life to the next one. Isn't that so? What's the point of success if I don't slough off? Or do I fail if I am still the same me?

To succeed, we must find our own answers. We must connect the dots and draw our own map. Perhaps success is both the journey and the destination. It is the subtle process of crafting the map of the world we want to overcome, at each step. Everything starts with the first step and we never want it to be the last one. It is the tea stains that appear on the table while working. It is falling asleep at sunrise. It is having a superior will under the circumstances of the moment. It is asking the right questions that will move us from one point to another every time. It is a holistic mindset. And everyone's greatest success is their own life, in which they play a leading role.
