He wanted to combine steem with DECENTRALLAND
but now we have @dcity from @gerber and i think those mechanics can be adapted to a 2d world with @disregardfiat and @dlux-io
but its all a big mess i dont see anyone making anything like hive land that we will use unless it shows actual posts and comments in 3d like project Xanadu
