There's no way I know of that an issue with the image uploader can be related to being on any list. Maybe there is some specific issue with the image you're uploading? I know some particular older samsung phones produce an a buggy image that is incompatible with the image uploader, for example. Can you give some more details about how often and under what circumstances this occurs?
