1. Qué te inspiró a emprender?
La necesidad de tener un ingreso extra para los gastos de mi hogar y mi familia.
2. Qué pasos desarrollaste para poner en marcha tu proyecto?
Enfocándome en mi primer proyecto de emprendimiento que fue el Taller Escolar hace 15 años, el primer paso fue promocionar durante las vacaciones el objetivo, la misión y visión de mi proyecto a través de mis amistades, las representantes de mis estudiantes, familia, y vecinos.
Comencé haciendo un plan vacacional con actividades escolares recreativas incluidas y juegos didácticos. Antes de finalizar el plan vacacional, inicié un proceso de pre-inscripciones y posteriormente, 15 días antes de iniciar el año escolar, dicté un curso de nivelación para preparar a los educandos pre inscritos y completar la matrícula con la que iba a iniciar mi taller de trabajo durante el periodo escolar vigente. Con el tiempo se fue ampliando la matrícula y los horarios gracias a la difusión de mi labor y las buenas recomendaciones de la misma.
3. Qué retos has enfrentado como emprendedora y cómo lo has superado?
Mantenerme activa, superar la competencia que muchísimas veces surgió al frente o al lado de mi espacio de trabajo y no caer en la rutina, innovar, ampliar las técnicas, actividades y servicios brindados a mi clientela.
4. Qué consejos o palabras de motivación le darías a otras mujeres emprendedoras?
Creer en ellas, en sus posibilidades y habilidades para diseñar grandes proyectos y hacerlos funcionar.
5. Tienes algún hábito o rutina que te ayude en tu productividad?
Perseverancia, difusión, innovación, promoción, amor a lo que hago y buena comunicación.

1. What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
The need to have an extra income for my household and family expenses.
2. What steps did you take to start your project?
Focusing on my first entrepreneurial project which was the School Workshop 15 years ago, the first step was to promote during the vacations the objective, mission and vision of my project through my friends, my students' representatives, family, and neighbors.
I started by making a vacation plan with recreational school activities and didactic games included. Before the end of the vacation plan, I started a pre-enrollment process and then, 15 days before the beginning of the school year, I gave a leveling course to prepare the pre-enrolled students and complete the enrollment with which I was going to start my workshop during the current school period. As time went by, the enrollment and schedules were expanded thanks to the diffusion of my work and the good recommendations of the same.
3. What challenges have you faced as an entrepreneur and how have you overcome them?
Keeping active, overcoming the competition that many times arose in front of or next to my work space and not falling into a routine, innovating, expanding the techniques, activities and services provided to my clientele.
4. What advice or words of motivation would you give to other women entrepreneurs?
Believe in them, in their possibilities and abilities to design great projects and make them work.
5. Do you have any habit or routine that helps you in your productivity?
Perseverance, diffusion, innovation, promotion, love for what I do and good communication.
6 . What suggestion would you give to the @womentribe community for 2023?
More constant initiatives to keep the community active.

Fue hermoso despertar y encontrar esta grata sorpresa, nunca pensé que mi labor algún día fuera inspiración para otras emprendedoras, y ahora me satisface mucho más haber creado mis proyectos.
Confieso que cada vez que una idea llega a mi mente me pongo tan ansiosa en desarrollarla que a veces me paso por alto algunas reglas importantes, pero siempre las evalúo en el trayecto para alcanzar la meta propuesta.
Dios las bendiga por impulsarnos a seguir trabajando más cada día.
