You’ve written on a topic that many people find difficult, both to understand and to fulfil. Leadership really isn’t for the faint of heart, as you’ve pointed out here, it can come with a lot of difficult decisions. The difference between a good and bad leader is often just one decision.

I’ve recently been privy to how bad leadership can be so damaging to the employees to whom the leader is directly responsible. This leader has made decisions based on how the outcome will effect them, and has taken little to no consideration of how their decisions will effect the employees around them.
