Original Piano Improvisation on a Theme by Schumann ("Erstes Grün," Opus 35, No. 4) -- VIBES Week 6

I first heard Martti Talvela sing "Erstes Grun" three weeks ago, and it is still haunting me ... a man made so ill and so sick and so grieved by the world that all he wants to do is lay down in the first green grass ... the coming of spring never seemed so sad and so beautiful ... now, I have my own thoughts about the coming of this spring that sort of rhymed because the last two were rough ... give me a piece of music, and I might just write quite a few words over in the Q-Inspired community here on Hive ...

But the thing is, the theme Mr. Talvela sings kept haunting me, day and night, until I went to the piano and at last let it do what it was meant to do ... and since it is Sunday again, I thought I would let you hear my thoughts as they came from my head and fingers ... the extent to which this theme rattled some other music of other times around ... and my tendency to find my way to a happy ending because I believe in redemption higher than the grass beneath ... we gotta get to a higher level ... so it is going to a journey ... come along with me, and thank you for listening!
