Hello, how are you guys? Today I bring you a new adventure in the fabulous game Dredge, and well, today I have to bring you one of the least entertaining things in games, which is doing missions. Well, even though they are boring, with them we will unlock the mysteries of this game.

Hola, ¿qué tal, chicos? El día de hoy les traigo una nueva aventura en el fabuloso juego Dredge, y bueno, el día de hoy me toca traerles una de las cosas menos entretenidas de los juegos, que es hacer misiones. Pues, a pesar de que sean aburridas, con ellas es que desbloquearemos los misterios de este juego.

Of the missions that I have available, I focused on doing one of the easy ones, and I have had this mission since almost the beginning of starting to play, but due to laziness I had not done it.

It consists of taking some planks of wood and 2 pieces of scrap metal to Punta Acerada, so that a construction company from Vertebra Mayor can move to a better place. For this, I only needed the wood.

De las misiones que tengo disponibles, me enfoqué por hacer una de las fáciles, y es que esta misión la tengo desde casi el inicio de haber comenzado a jugar, pero por flojera no la había hecho.

Consiste en llevar unos tablones de madera y 2 de chatarra a Punta Acerada, con el fin de que una constructora de Vertebra Mayor pueda mudarse a un mejor lugar. Para esto, solo me faltaba la madera.

I thought it would take me a while to find these materials, but no. They were very close to where I was, and I picked up 3 just in case I needed them for another occasion.

Pensé que me iba a tardar en encontrar estos materiales, pero no. Se encontraban muy cerca de donde me encontraba, y recogí 3 por si acaso los necesitara para otra ocasión.

Well, I was quite far from the place, and due to the distance, I arrived at night. Luckily, no giant monsters attacked me (spoiler: if they attacked me). So, I arrived safely. When I arrived at my destination, I only had to interact and place the missing materials for the construction company to move.

Bueno, me encontraba bastante lejos del lugar, y debido a la distancia, llegué de noche. Por suerte, ningún monstruo gigante me atacó (spoiler: si me atacaran). Entonces, llegué sano y salvo. Al llegar a mi destino, solo me quedó interactuar y colocar los materiales que faltaban para que se mudara la constructora.

And well, once I left the materials in place, I had to go in search of the construction company. Practically, at this point, it was the town's taxi, hahaha, or I don't know how you call this in the water. Maybe Uber water? Anyway... I took her safely to her destination.

Y bueno, una vez dejado los materiales puestos en su lugar, tuve que ir en busca de la constructora. Prácticamente, en este punto, era el taxi del pueblo, jajaja, o no sé cómo se le diga esto en el agua. Tal vez, ¿Uber agua? En fin... La llevé sana y salva a su destino.

And for doing this simple mission, the reward they gave me was 2 research points, which is the best they can give me honestly, because with them I can unlock all the improvements within the game.

Y por hacer esta simple misión, la recompensa que me dieron fueron 2 puntos de investigación, lo cual es lo mejor que me pueden dar la verdad, pues con ellos puedo desbloquear todas las mejoras dentro del juego.

I used these research points to unlock a new engine with a speed of 36 km/h. This is great, now I will be able to move much faster. And the second improvement is still incomplete, but it is a new fishing rod, which will help me fish in volcanic areas.

Estos puntos de investigación los usé para desbloquear un nuevo motor con una velocidad de 36 km/h. Esto está de maravilla, ahora podré moverme mucho más rápido. Y la segunda mejora aún está incompleta, pero es una nueva caña de pescar, la cual me ayudará a pescar en zonas volcánicas.

Nada más al llegar, me recibe este señor, el cual no se ve muy cuerdo que digamos, pero supongo que no me queda más que seguirle la corriente.

Basically, now we are the disciple of this lunatic, who asks us quite curious things, but the most relevant thing is that he has a mission for us, which is about finding fragments to activate each of the sanctuaries that he marks for us on the map. .

Básicamente, ahora somos el discípulo de este lunático, el cual nos pregunta cosas bastante curiosas, pero lo más relevante es que tiene una misión para nosotros, la cual se trata de encontrar fragmentos para activar cada uno de los santuarios que nos marca en el mapa.

And like any good explorer, I embarked on this adventure, but it turns out that I didn't know what the fragments he had sent me to look for were like, and in these ruins, there were places that I couldn't pass, and I had to get some explosives, so my search was quite limited.

Y como todo buen explorador, me embarqué en esta aventura, pero pasa que no sabía cómo eran los fragmentos que me había mandado a buscar, y en estas ruinas, había lugares que no podía pasar, y tenía que conseguir unos explosivos, así que mi búsqueda era bastante limitada.

And as icing on the cake, a giant piranha destroyed my boat. One more thing to be careful about in this new place.

It really never ceases to amaze me how many things this game has, including monsters and quests. Because every time I play, I discover something new, hehe.
