FIFA 24 FC 24 ⚽️🎮🏟️

I didn't expect to get the latest soccer game this year. My brother randomly texted me and told me that he got EA Sports FC 24 on sale for only $13. Thanks to PlayStation's nifty game share feature, that meant I had access to it as well.

It still feels wrong to call FIFA a different name. I've been playing FIFA since FIFA 98. That's over 20 years of calling it that. EA Sports was forced to change the name and now it's simply FC, which stands for football club of course. Different name, but the same game we are used to.

This is pretty much the only sports game that I can still have fun playing besides a golf game. NBA 2K has been ruined by microtransactions and just doesn't play the way I remember it being. Madden is boring to me these days. I don't enjoy baseball. I know little to nothing about hockey. FC 24 though, is still fun like the old FIFA I remember. I still don't feel drawn to it like I do other types of games, but since it's in my library I am going to be playing it some.

I don't want to talk too much about this game through text, as everyone already knows about it besides the new name. One mode you may not be aware of is VOLTA Football, which is a game mode in FC24 that focuses on street football where you can create your football character. I'll be playing some of that and one regular online match in today's video. Enjoy the content!
