99 cents, wow, not bad. In Poland, for many years, game prices in stores didn't drop even a few years after their release. xD In the case of Dune 2, I'm too young to remember it, but I've seen WarCraft 1 or 2.

I know the feeling of not having enough time to play. The same goes for looking at the "pile of shame" or images/videos from games I wanted to play but don't have time... Partly because I'm devoting my time to looking at other games. CnC is a super easy game these days (aside from a few missions, and even those don't take much time; you just need to know how to start). Thank you for your comment. Have a nice weekend! :)
