The pc version of League of Legends I played very little, honestly I didn't get so familiar with that version. At that time I was more focused on Dota2.
And maybe you are right, maybe the meta in the mobile version will be different. When I researched and got advanced Dr Mundo guides, most of them were more about the jungle role.
