Spoiler alert

Since I was 8 years old I've had a great love for videogames and one of them was Resident evil 4. So in my first review I will give you a little summary of what happens in the game and some tips from the many times I have played this Resident. I love this game because it is about:

• Weapons
• Horror
• Suspense
• Zombies
  (Horror games, expect more horror games in upcoming reviews).

Story

-We start with the protagonist Leon Scott Kennedy rookie cop from Raccoon city.

Who has been given the mission to rescue the president's daughter Ashley, who was kidnapped in Spain by these beings of very strange behavior (Zombies).

In the game we have characters who have appeared in versions of past versions of Resident Evil:

Ada

Wesker

Who have the mission to only find the cure he possesses.
The main boss of the game Lord Saddler, ignoring completely
Leon's mission, though... Sometimes Ada and Leon meet in
Some scene.

In the game we are given a map, which guides us to follow the right path to find Ashley, the president's daughter. Later we can upgrade the map to not only guide us, but also to find treasures to sell at an extremely expensive price.

SHOPKEEPER

The hawker is a strange guy, who has all kinds of weapons, maps and accessories. His story is still not very well known, if he is an infected or if he is a human. But the importance is what he offers us to survive in the game.

Enemies

-It is clear that the common enemies are the zombies, but these are guided by Lord Saddler, here I will leave some of the enemies or henchmen of Lord Saddler to try to stop the path of Leon along with Ashley.

THE BIG CHEESE

-A lot of damage, in addition to that, he turns into his zombie form, causing him to he can hang himself to the walls or ceiling. We need to kill him, as his left eye, the red one. It is our key to open a SUPER important door.

Tip: This enemy takes BIG DAMAGE from fire, use fire barrels against him or firebombs.

SALAZAR

-This is the second henchman of Lord Saddler, he has absolute control of the second type of parasite, the plagues or zombies, to introduce us to him we must first talk about his guards, they are 2. So we have to kill them first to kill Salazar, Salazar is not very strong in his normal form, but when he is linked with the virus along with one of his guards, he transforms so it makes him a very strong enemy.

Tip: Hitting the eye and ignoring the whole body is his weakness... Hitting the eye can make the battle last LESS than 1 minute.

Krauser

-This is Saddler's last henchman. Seeing that his first 2 henchmen didn't measure up to kill a simple ''Human'' Saddler tried to hit Leon where it hurts the most. Krauser is a soldier, an old friend of Leon's, he was supposed to have died 3 years ago or so he was told. Although Krauser just wants to get to Ashley to get the cure he has. If he has the girl, he will gain the trust and have the cure to give to Wesker. So Leon won't let Krauser take her away.

Besides being very agile, having a good amount of bombs, weapons... He has an ace up his sleeve, his ''Zombie'' form allows him to take out a huge blade from his arm that protects him from bullets and increases his speed when attacking.

Tip: Since our bullets don't hurt him because of his shield, the knife will be enough to kill him in less than 1 minute. Of course, you have to respect him by dodging his attacks.

SADDLER

-Since Leon killed all of Saddler's minions, it gives him no choice but to kill Leon on his own, this is the final boss so we have to be very careful, not only focusing on his attacks, but on the whole aerial. We have a VERY large aerial in which we fight with him so it is our advantage to use the bridges and levers. We have a lot of ammo and herbs.

Saddler turns into his Zombie form, taking out several legs that have eyes. His attacks are very strong, so moving around the map is a good option. An attack from him could leave us in the minimum of life we have, so carrying sprays is a good option.

TIP: Don't attack his body, it doesn't do any damage. Your advantage in this field is to have a super large air to move, besides that, to kill him you have to hit him in the eyes that each leg has, and then when he is weakened he will be killed with a missile that Ada gives you.

Finishing the game, we rescued Ashley, the mission was a total success. It could have gone better, since Leon stole the cure from Saddler, then Ada points her gun at Leon to give him the cure, since it was her main mission, the cure for the plague virus.

After finishing the game, we can open the pro mode section, giving us a matilda, a new gun to use in pro mode, we also have a new outfit. Both as Leon and Ashley. We have 2 new modes to play which will be with the character Ada. We also have the option to buy an INFINITE Rocket Launcher.

We will also have the options to open the movies and have the mercenary mode, which is to kill as many zombies in the shortest time possible, if we get 5 stars with each character and in each air we can win a hand cannon.

Being honest with this game, even being my favorite game, I feel that it is very out of the story of ALL the Resident Evil saga, it is only to find the girl and save her, when it is totally out of the story of the saga, even so.... I feel that the game gives the size with respect to the bosses and zombies, its gameplay makes it one of the best PS2 games, its graphics for that time were something super cool to see, along with its good soundtracks make it very scary and suspenseful, besides having its mercenary mode that personally never bores me, You can improvise and that's what makes it so much fun, killing zombies in the shortest time possible is what I enjoy so much, I love that as the game progresses you can go to shooting tests to improve your aim, besides that you get prizes and trophies for having very good aim. Having to play through the game 3 times and earn outfits, weapons and new accessories is the best thing in the world as an experience in my opinion. I love this game so much that I have played it over 50 times and have done too many speed runs. This game fulfills all my expectations for a ps2 game. THANK YOU Resident evil 4 for giving me so much fun and entertainment. And I thank you for reading it, this is my little guide and my experience in the game.

Desde los 8 años he tenido un gran amor hacia los videojuegos y uno de ellos fue Resident evil 4. Por lo que en mi primera reseña les hare un pequeño resumen de lo que pasa en el juego y algunos que otros tips de tantas veces que he jugado este Resident. Me encanta este juego ya que trata sobre:

Historia

-Comenzamos con el protagonista Leon Scott Kennedy policía novato de Raccoon city.

Quien se le ha dado la misión de rescatar a la hija del presidente Ashley, quien fue secuestrada en España por estos seres de comportamiento muy extraño (Zombies).

En el juego tenemos personajes quienes han aparecido en versiones
Pasadas de Resident evil:

Ada

Wesker

Quienes tienen la misión de solamente encontrar la cura que posee
El principal boss del juego Lord Saddler, ignorando por completo
La misión de Leon, aunque... A veces Ada y Leon se encuentran en
Alguna escena.

En el juego se nos otorga un mapa, el cual nos guía a seguir el camino correcto para encontrar a Ashley, la hija del presidente. Más adelante podemos mejorar el mapa para no solamente guiarnos, sino también para encontrar tesoros para venderlos a un precio sumamente caro.

También tenemos el maletín, sin el maletín no podrías guardar tus armas para
matar a los zombies, también puedes guardar hierbas amarillas, rojas y verdes
que pueden ser combinadas para ir llenando tu barra de vida mediante el juego
(Aplica para Leon como Ashley)

Este maletín puede ser aumentado de tamaño mediante el juego vaya avanzando ya que necesitamos una cantidad exagerada de balas para
enemigos en el juego y por la clara variedad de armas que nos vende el Buhonero.

Se preguntaran:

• ¿En dónde se podrán conseguir armas?
• ¿Vender mis tesoros?
• ¿Comprar sprays cuando estoy bajo de vida?

La respuesta es:

BUHONERO

El buhonero es un extraño tipo, quien tiene todo tipo de armamento, mapas y accesorios. Aun no se sabe muy bien su historia, si es un infectado o si es un humano. Pero la importancia es lo que nos ofrece para sobrevivir en el juego.

Enemigos

-Está claro que los enemigos comunes son los zombies, pero estos son guiados por Lord saddler, aquí les dejaré unos de los enemigos o secuaces de Lord saddler para intentar detener el camino de Leon junto con Ashley.

THE BIG CHEESE

Mucho daño, además de eso, se convierte en su forma zombie, haciendo que
Pueda colgarse a las paredes o el techo. Necesitamos matarlo, ya que su ojo izquierdo, el rojo. Es nuestra llave para abrir una puerta SUPER importante.

Tip: A este enemigo le hace GRAN DAÑO el fuego, utiliza los barriles de fuego en su contra o bombas incendiarias.

SALAZAR

-Este es el segundo secuas de Lord saddler, tiene el control absoluto del segundo tipo del parasito las plagas o zombies, para introducirnos a él hay que hablar primero de sus guardias, son 2. Por lo que tenemos que matarlos a ellos primero para poder matar a Salazar, Salazar no es muy fuerte en su forma normal, pero cuando se vincula con el virus junto con uno de sus guardias, se transforma por lo que lo hace un enemigo muy fuerte.

Tip: Dar en el ojo e ignorando todo el cuerpo es su debilidad… Dandole al ojo la batalla puede durar MENOS de 1 minuto.

KRAUSER

-Este es el último secuas de Saddler. Al ver que sus primeros 2 secuaces no dieron la talla para matar a un simple ‘’Humano’’ Saddler intentó darle a Leon en donde más le duele. Krauser es un soldado, un viejo amigo de Leon, se supone que se había muerto hace 3 años o eso le dijeron. Aunque Krauser solo quiere llegar a Ashley para tener la cura que él tiene. Si tiene a la chica, se ganara la confianza y tendrá la cura para dársela a Wesker. Por lo que Leon no permitirá que Krauser se la lleve.

Además de ser muy ágil, tener una buena cantidad de bombas, armas… Él tiene un as bajo la manga, su forma ‘’Zombie’’ Le permite sacar una cuchilla enorme de su brazo que lo protege de balas y le aumenta su velocidad al atacar.

Tip: Ya que nuestras balas no le hacen daño por su escudo, con el cuchillo será suficiente para matarlo en menos de 1 minuto. Claro, hay que respetarlo esquivando sus ataques.

SADDLER

-Ya que Leon mató a todos los secuaces de Saddler, no le da más opción que matar a Leon por su propia cuenta, este es el boss final así que tenemos que tener mucho cuidado, no solamente centrarnos en sus ataques, sino en todo la aérea. Tenemos una aérea MUY grande en el cual combatimos con el así que es nuestra ventaja al usar los puentes y las palancas. Tenemos muchas municiones e hiervas.

Saddler se convierte en su forma Zombie, sacando varias patas que tienen ojos. Sus ataques son muy fuertes, por lo que movernos por el mapa es buena opción. Un ataque de él podría dejarnos en lo mínimo de vida que tenemos, por lo que llevar sprays es buena opción.

TIP: No atacar a su cuerpo, no le hace ningún daño. Tu ventaja en ese campo es tener un aérea súper grande para moverte, además de eso, para matarlo hay que pegarle en los ojos que tiene cada pata, ya luego cuando esté debilitado será asesinado con un misil que te regala Ada.

Terminando el juego, rescatamos a Ashley, la misión fue un total éxito. Pudo salir mejor, ya que Leon le robó la cura a Saddler, acto seguido Ada le apunta con su arma a Leon para que le dé la cura, ya que era su principal misión, la cura del virus de las plagas.

Al terminar el juego, podemos abrir la sección de modalidad profesional, dándonos una matilda, una pistola nueva para usarla en el modo profesional, también tenemos un nuevo traje. Tanto como Leon como Ashley. Tenemos 2 nuevas modalidades de jugar que serán con el personaje Ada. También tenemos la opción de poder comprar un Lanza cohetes INFINITO.

También tendremos las opciones de abrir las películas y tener el modo mercenarios, que consiste en matar a la mayor cantidad de zombies en el menor tiempo posible, si conseguimos 5 estrellas con cada personaje y en cada aérea podemos ganar una hand cannon.

Siendo sincero con este juego, aun siendo mi juego favorito, siento que se sale mucho de la historia de TODA la saga de Resident evil, es solamente encontrar a la chica y salvarla, cuando se sale totalmente de la historia de la saga, aun así... Siento que el juego da la talla con respecto a los bosses y zombies, su jugabilidad lo hace uno de los mejores juegos de PS2, sus gráficas para ese entonces eran algo super genial de ver, junto con sus buenos soundtracks lo hacen muy tenebroso y con mucho suspenso, además de tener su modo mercenarios que en lo personal nunca me aburre, puedes improvisar y eso es lo que lo hace tan divertido, el matar zombies en el menor tiempo posible es lo que me divierte tanto, me encanta que al progresar el juego puedes ir a pruebas de tiros para mejorar tu puntería, además de eso te dan premios y trofeos por tener muy buena puntería. El tener que pasar el juego 3 veces y ganar trajes, armas y nuevos accesorios es lo mejor del mundo como experiencia en mi opinion. Me encanta tanto este juego que lo he pasado mas de 50 veces y he hecho demasiados speed runs. Llena todas mis expectativas este juego para ser de ps2 GRACIAS Resident evil 4 por darme tanta diversión y entretenimiento. Y les agradezco a ustedes por leerlo, esta es mi pequeña guía y mi experiencia en el juego.
