Several days ago, a game that many were waiting to enjoy, finally became available in several regions. The game I will talk about today is League Of Legends Wild Rift.

Many already know League Of Legends (LOL), for those who are not aware of the game, LOL is a MOBA game, a game where the main objective is to destroy towers and reach the nexus to destroy it and finish the game. Quite some time ago they were working on a project, which was to make it possible to play League Of Legends on mobile devices. At first it seemed crazy, but then it was not. Many used Joysticks of consoles to play, others used services that allowed to play any game from the cloud, including LOL, obviously it was not easy to play that way, but it was possible.

In this post I will talk about several things I like and dislike about this new game. Wild Rift was crafted from 0, all the textures, all the characters were crafted differently and many skills were adapted to make it simple to be able to play with a mobile or tablet. One of the things I really liked about the game, were its graphics and 3d design.

The textures on the characters, along with the animations, poses and more, far surpass the desktop version. Even the design of the interface, loading screen, the lobby itself, are much nicer and that is something that motivates me to play. Because of this, not all the characters are available yet, many of these will have to go through the redesign of textures and skills to then be added to the game. Honestly I would have preferred to have all the champions, but I understand that doing something like this requires much more time and more when there are currently many champions in the store.

In the desktop version, the matchups in normal games, as well as in rankeds, are not very good but in most cases they are correct, in Wild Rift this is not the case. The matchmaking is pretty bad, and basically you will need a friend or several friends to be able to win games. You can do it alone without any problem, but it will cost a lot more.

The gameplay is moderately good, although I think I'm being too good with the game. Moving the character is not that comfortable and at least I don't notice it fluid, plus the skills are not fully designed to make a player feel comfortable. I have played several games of this style, games that are the copy of LOL and the one where I have felt the worst, is in this new game from Riot.

Despite being quite awkward at times, the controls feel novel to me and I like that. Perhaps with improvements in precision, this game could be more comfortable and much easier to play. I am able to say that the desktop game is much more comfortable and simple as far as controlling our champion is concerned, in everything else, Wild Rift is quite simple.

The map design is exactly the same as the LOL design, only smaller, scaled down so to speak. The map being reduced, allows games to be much faster and not take too long. I have seen complaints from people who say that the games take too long, that is incorrect. If a game takes a long time, it is because the players do not know how to finish the game, but it is very easy to do so since the turrets are more vulnerable and there are no inhibitors.

For now I think the game is not bad at all, but it does need a lot of improvements in terms of skill design and matchmaking, but the simple fact of being able to play LOL on a mobile is amazing. I can't wait for quarantine to be over so I can go out and play with my friends. That's one of the biggest advantages Wild Rift has. You can take League Of Legends everywhere you go, right from your pocket. If you have 9 friends, you can create a custom game and set up an epic battle, without the need to carry your pc from one place to another.

Yesterday I started playing the positioning games, and I was awarded the silver IV rank. For now I will advance little by little before going to sleep, that is another advantage of this game. You relax in your bed, while playing Wild Rift.

Do I recommend you to play it? If you previously played League Of Legends on your pc, then yes I recommend it. If not, I also recommend it, but not too much. New players, who are inexperienced, will have a very hard time. Right now many champions have yet to be added, but there are still many champions and each one has many different abilities, so learning will not be easy, although it will be fun. Hace varios días, un juego que muchos esperaban disfrutar, por fin estuvo disponible en varias regiones. El juego del que les hablaré hoy es League Of Legends Wild Rift.

Muchos ya conocen League Of Legends(LOL), para el que no esté al tanto del juego, LOL es un juego del genero MOBA, un juego en donde el objetivo principal es destruir torres y lograr llegar al nexo para destruirlo y poder culminar la partida. Hace bastante tiempo se estuvo trabajando en un proyecto, el cual consistía en hacer que fuese posible jugar League Of Legends en dispositivos móviles. Al principio parecía una locura, pero luego no lo fue. Muchos utilizaban Joysticks de consolas para jugar, otros utilizaban servicios que permitían jugar cualquier juego desde la nube, incluyendo LOL, obviamente no era nada sencillo poder jugar de esa manera, pero era posible.

En este post hablaré de varias cosas que me gustan y no me gustan de este nuevo juego. Wild Rift fue elaborado desde 0, todas las texturas, todos los personajes fueron elaborados de manera distinta y muchas habilidades se adaptaron para que fuese sencillo poder jugar con un móvil o tableta. Una de las cosas que realmente me gustó del juego, fueron sus gráficos y diseño 3d.

Las texturas en los personajes, junto con las animaciones, poses y más, superan con creces a la versión de escritorio. Incluso el diseño de la interfaz, pantalla de carga, el mismo lobby, son mucho más bonitos y eso es algo que me motiva a jugar. Debido a esto, no todos los personajes están disponibles aún, muchos de estos deberán de pasar por el rediseño de texturas y habilidades para luego poder ser añadido al juego. Sinceramente hubiera preferido que estuviesen todos los campeones, pero entiendo que hacer algo así requiere mucho más tiempo y más cuando actualmente hay muchos campeones en la tienda.

En la versión de escritorio, los emparejamientos en las partidas normales, tanto como en las rankeds, no son muy buenos pero en la mayoría de los casos son correctos, en Wild Rift no sucede lo mismo. Los emparejamientos son bastante malos, y básicamente necesitarás a un amigo o varios para poder ganar partidas. Puedes hacerlo solo sin ningún problema, pero costará mucho más.

La jugabilidad es medianamente buena, aunque creo que estoy siendo demasiado bueno con el juego. Mover el personaje no es tan cómodo y al menos no lo noto fluido, además de que las habilidades no están totalmente diseñadas para que un jugador se sienta cómodo. He jugado varios juegos de este estilo, juegos que son la copia de LOL y en el que peor me he sentido, es en este nuevo juego de Riot.

A continuación añadiré capturas de pantalla de la versión de PC para comparar y ver las diferencias.

A pesar de que sea bastante incómodo a veces, los controles me parecen novedosos y eso me gusta. Tal vez con mejoras de precisión, este juego pueda a ser más cómodo y mucho más sencillo de jugar. Soy capaz de decir que el juego de escritorio es mucho más cómodo y sencillo en cuanto a controlar nuestro campeón se trata, en todo lo demás, Wild Rift es bastante sencillo.

El diseño del mapa es exactamente igual al diseño de LOL, solo que más pequeño, reducido por así decirlo. El mapa al estar reducido, permite que las partidas sean mucho más rápidas y no se demoren demasiado. He visto quejas de personas que dicen que las partidas duran mucho, eso es incorrecto. Si una partida se demora mucho, es porque los jugadores no saben concluir la partida, pero es muy sencillo hacerlo ya que las torretas son más vulnerables y no existen inhibidores.

Por ahora pienso que el juego no está nada mal, pero si que necesita muchas mejoras en cuanto al diseño de las habilidades y emparejamientos, pero el simple hecho de poder jugar LOL en un móvil, es increíble. No puedo esperar a que termine la cuarentena para poder salir a jugar con mis amigos. Esa es una de las ventajas más grandes que tiene Wild Rift. Puedes llevar League Of Legends a todas partes, desde tu bolsillo. Si dispones de 9 amigos, puedes crear una partida personalizada y armar una batalla épica, sin necesidad de transportar tu pc de un lugar a otro.

Ayer empecé a jugar las partidas de posicionamiento, y me otorgaron el rango plata IV. Por ahora iré avanzando poco a poco antes de irme a dormir, esa es otra ventaja que dispone este juego. Te relajas en tu cama, mientras juegas Wild Rift.

¿Recomiendo que lo juegues? Si anteriormente jugaste League Of Legends en tu pc, entonces si te lo recomiendo. Si no es así, también te lo recomiendo, pero no demasiado. A los jugadores nuevos, que no tienen experiencia, la pasarán muy mal. Ahora mismo hay muy pocos campeones disponibles, pero aún así son muchos y cada uno tiene muchas habilidades distintas, por lo cual, aprender no será sencillo, aunque si divertido.
