3rd Razor is a renowned scientist from Shirano. He is an eccentric person and is easily fascinated by anything that catches his fancy. He always loves tinkering with all the stuff that he does have. His biggest rise to infamy is his project named “number series”, in which he spearheaded the experiments on human subjects and tried to make enhanced individuals out of them. Some say that the experiments that he did were inhumane, but no one actually got any proof regarding those. He has produced quite a few enhanced humans but there are a few individuals that stand above the rest. He is also obsessed with Eska, an individual that he has never seen or heard of before. Ever since Eska escaped the facility with Krizator, 3rd Razor has vowed to use everything in his power to bring him back to study and ultimately dissect him.
