Future of Gaming and Education: A Look into Black College Gaming Association's ESports Tournament

Over the past two days, I had the pleasure of attending the Black College Gaming Association's ESports tournament as a keynote speaker and panelist. This was the fourth and final stop of my HBCU tour, which took me to North Carolina A&T, Jackson State University, Miles College, and finally, #Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland.

As an advocate for the role of technology in education and career paths, I was excited to share my thoughts on how Blockchain and AI will shape the future of gaming. What struck me the most during this tour was the hunger for knowledge and the level of wisdom possessed by these young people. It was clear that they are the future leaders of this industry, and I was honored to be a part of their journey.

At each stop of the tour, there was a NBA2K tournament where winners could earn up to $600 cash prize. It was inspiring to see the level of competition and talent among the participants. The tournament was a testament to the fact that ESports is a legitimate and growing industry that offers immense opportunities for young people

I represent #STEAM #Revolution and Future Proof DAO, and I believe that the future is in great hands. The Black College #Gaming Association's #ESports tournament was a true revelation for me, and it was clear that these students are already ahead of the curve in terms of understanding technology and how it can be used to create meaningful change.
