My Breast Friend Sally from Lewd Mewd is a short and sweet visual novel all about the hustle and bustle of daily farm life and the hardworking people who make it all possible. Of course, there are a few twists in this seemingly plain Jane story, but just a few I swear!

Ok, remember how I said there were only a few twists in this story, well that holds true so don’t worry. That being said there are kinks galore. See what I did there? Wordplay! Well buckle up my friends because while the story is a pretty straightforward one it also contains more kinks than an 80’s perm. The level of adult content hits squarely at a level 3 on the ole gauge meter. While none of the sex is interactive in any way, it is a very prominent theme and a key component to the story. Plus, there’s full nudity and visible penetration of course, but I imagine you guessed that already.

As for the amount of adult content we felt 70% was fair. While there may be a jaw dropping amount of potential kinks to cover, all of it was fully consensual. All sexual pairings are human/non human, but the non human partners are human/animal hybrids. Some are definitely more animal looking than others, so if say a horse with human abs and hands sounds like too far a step outside your comfort zone then this game may not be for you. There’s also an instance of milking, which I mean you had to see coming since the feature character is a cow lady. She seems to enjoy it though so kudos to her. The biggest reasons that this game got a gauge hike to 70% though is the extent of derogatory dialogue, as well as some heavy mommy roleplay. The dialogue can get pretty harsh at times, mostly toward the female characters. I often refer to it as “porn talk” and it’s a divisive kink but one worth mentioning for those either seeking it out or who would prefer to avoid those situations. The mommy roleplay between two of the characters I felt was also worth putting up front since although it doesn’t involve any actual incest pairing, some may find issue with particular aspects of it. Dash and the main farmer do refer to themselves as “daddy” as well, but they aren’t really roleplaying as a parent in those situations.

My Breast Friend Sally is one of those visual novels that would pop up on my Steam suggestions every now and then and while the artwork looked fantastic, its subject matter seemed like a lot to handle. Not because I was worried any of it would make me want to bleach my eyeballs, but there just seemed to be a boatload of adult content crammed into a tiny package that, if I’m being honest, is not the easiest of situations to review. Of course the shiny artwork eventually wore me down along with an already inexpensive price tag, so I slapped my five bucks down and mentally prepared myself for what would no doubt end up being the longest gauge portion of a review I’ve ever had to write. Which you just read! Huzzah! I kept it pretty tight right? Heck yeah I did!

Now, I’m not the biggest fan of visual novels but since the NSFW community is rife with them I have to break down and play a few from time to time. My Breast Friend Sally seemed like a good choice since it’s fairly short and had fantastic looking artwork. The story appeared to follow a deeply lewd plotline as well so my hopes were high that there wouldn’t be tons of filler to wade through, because who wants that in an adult VN right? Bring on the naughty biz!

On the topic of visual novels, My Breast Friend Sally hit all the important benchmarks. Appealing and consistent visuals, a good amount of dialogue that can be skipped through on subsequent playthroughs, and a gallery to revisit all the important moments without the HUD clutter. All the dialogue was voice acted and though the script could get a little cringey, the voice actors all did a good job with regards to their respective characters. There weren’t any choices to make, so that kills the replayability somewhat, but honestly since the story is pretty straightforward and not terribly complicated the dialogue choices weren’t missed. There really wasn’t much of a plot to direct anyway as each scenario was just about the character’s typical day to day life on the farm.

Thankfully there were some other mechanics peppered in to keep the game engaging outside of the story sequences. There were three little minigames you could play once per playthrough: Whack-a-mole, memory match, and a Breakout style game. The Breakout game was a little wonky and I ended up having to retry a few times to complete it but it only took me a few minutes so no real biggie there. You could also click around a map and some of the story pictures to find various gallery unlocks, as well as outfits for the Photo Booth where you can dress up Sally.

The game plays out with you swapping between three characters or pairings as they go about their usual business and then in grandeur porn movie fashion end up engaging in some sort of sexual shenanigans. That WAS the plotline for the most part so I’d say the sex was pretty integral overall and there wouldn’t have been much of a game without it.

In general I think if the kinks aren’t a problem for you then My Breast Friend Sally is well worth the fiver being asked. I didn’t encounter any glitches or bugs that interrupted gameplay and everything for the most part flowed without a problem. The only really disappointing thing is that the story just kind of ends without any real conclusion. It seems like it was gearing up for another scenario, perhaps intended to be added later, but it never came to fruition. There was an announcement made not too long ago saying more content was coming for the game but there hasn’t been so much of a whisper since. Not a good look for a NSFW game to leave people feeling unsatisfied albeit it’s in a very different way. But understandable I suppose from the developers standpoint as well if the game wasn’t well received enough and was technically complete. I mean, why sink more time into it when you can just start a new project? Who’s to say either way I guess.

My Breast Friend Sally was a solid experience with more adult content than you can shake a cattle prod at so in the end it gets two big breasted thumbs up from me. If you're looking to get a lot of bang for your buck (pun absolutely intended) then it’s well worth the buy. You can’t beat the sheer amount of content for the short gameplay and low price tag.
