Hello again, Hivers! I'm here again to share with you about my eating-out experience, the place, and their lovely dessert at Mid Summer Shaved Ice. I'm back again with another blog!! If you love ice cream, maybe you'll love this place.

Perfect Place to Vibe

We first saw this on the Toktik app(you know what I mean), and my cousin and I did plan to go here a long time ago. It was in our list of places to visit. When I first entered the place, I was amazed at how it made me relax already. The vibe of the place is just perfect for a little catch-up with your friend. I love the design of the place, the color palette they choose, and also the vibrant lights they have.

It makes the place relaxing, clean, and inviting. It is a very welcoming place for people who love to have a little dessert, delicious sandwiches, and drinks and enjoy an aesthetic place. Also, the place is very cold. The air conditioner was going along with the dessert they served. You can really see how they prepare your food, and you can tell that they are organized and clean when making your order.

Dessert 🍧🍨

We ordered one large and one small shaved ice cream. The flavor we choose is the watermelon and mango. At first, we got a bit confused about what the liquid is on the sides, so we just guessed that it's condensed milk and the other one is a sugar syrup or a refreshing drink we don't know but we still mix it with ice cream.😆 We mix it all together, and at first taste we didn't like it that much, so we keep mixing it, and the taste is getting better. It's nice too since they put fresh fruit on your dessert.

I like that their ice cream is not too sweet. Perfect for those people who don't like sweets that much. The price of their products starts at 100 pesos. A very affordable food and has a big serving. The mango has one scoop of ice cream at the top. By eating it, we borrowed small bowls and just shared the ice cream evenly.

I and my cousin joked around and fed each other like a couple. We took some photos and were just chilling around at the place. After we feel satisfied with our dessert time, we go home already because it was late at night. We're satisfied with what we got and the bond we shared at that time. So Mid Summer was located at the Esplanade B3, Salinas Dr, Cebu City. Near IT Park Cebu. Going there you can just ride a bus or mini bus that has a signage of It Park.
