After a rainy day, finally we had good weather, (I wasn't referring to today though but previously.) I took my son's stroller, made sure he is presentable and comfortable and off we went. Where to? What I had in my wallet was only $2, no stocks of Caleb's milk so we needed to go out.
After withdrawing some cash, thankfully the ATM wasn't unavailable. It was too early to go home and a little bit hot so we strolled around for a while.
We reached the area of several food kiosks and were about to buy some pizza but saw this sign.
Translation: Small bills please!! No change for Php500 and Php1000 (Peso currency)
What an offending remark for the customers. With that I stepped back, not because I don't have smaller bills but I don't like the staff attitude.
Across the street saw this burger station Papa Burger. At first I thought it was under the same company as Popeyes because of the interior.
Yet, google says not but these are also under franchising.
It offers lowkey burgers and $1 could be good for two.
You may choose to buy one take one or solo meal at almost the same price. Just differs in serving size.

I am not hungry but safe to say, bored. So I ordered Papa cheesy burger, fries and drinks.
It was newly opened and all the utensils are almost new. The staff, also the owner, was keen when it comes to hygiene.
Packs of burger buns are neatly arranged in a shelves.
As they are only selling burgers, at least the space could accommodate few customers even if the dining area wasn't spacious.
Three long chairs and a small long shelf that could serve as a table.
Finally my order was served. The fries taste okay, at least not like an oil.
Not much fillings, just a patty and small slice of cheese.
Taste was far from special burgers but this is also fine and affordable.
Snacks were completed with a bottle of Royal Tru-Orange .

Hey Lhes. The burger doesn't look too good. Did you enjoy it? It seems like it's missing some core stuff like lettuce and tomato. The buns are very big though but inside of it seems like just a patty and cheese (not enough stuff in my opinion) and the patty seems a bit small :x. I guess you get what you pay for. Anyway. thanks for sharing here I didn't get a chance to see the post until now!
