Lessons from the vegetable garden | Vida Verde🍃

in HiveGarden18 days ago (edited)

Hello nature lovers, dear community and since the end of last year I wanted to share #gardenjournal with photos of the progress of the garden of @vida.verde along with several things I learned in this process.

Last year gave us many lessons in planting that today I share with you from gratitude for the abundance of harvest we had.

For me all contact with nature is super rewarding and more with crops and planting in general, I have learned several things that today I share with you

I have learned to:

  • Sow with love: All work on the earth is tied to the energies and emotions we put into it, plants are living things. Things that we inject love into always turn out better.

  • Without false expectations: Many times when learning we see other people's gardens and vegetable gardens, even fabulous YouTube videos that do not show us the whole truth of what they do to get to those fabulous crops, the success of the organic garden is a long process so we must have patience and a lot of desire to learn.

  • Failing is also learning: This can generate disappointment when we see that the processes are not as efficient as we thought, but we also learn from mistakes.

  • Know my spaces: I think this is key, each space is so different within the same garden, hours of sun, wind, even the sunrise and sunset, the height, everything you need to know so that the crops and planting are the most favorable.

  • Consistency is the key: If something does not go as expected, repeat the processes in another season may be the right thing to do.

  • Crop association: This has been our key to the success of our garden, learn and put into practice.

  • Abundance: After successes and failures comes abundance, repeating what is good and changing what does not work is the key.

Now I am preparing for a new planting season that with much excitement I will share with you from germination to harvest in search of abundance.

We are now working on building a biofilter that will help us recycle ♻️ the 💧 waste water for the fruit trees and a small pond 🐟 . I do not stop dreaming about it😍 .
