Thank you! The patty pan are so fun. Are you able to grow zucchini or other squash? If so, you should be able to grow the smaller variety. They are fun since they mature more quickly, so you don't have to wait as long.

The pests are always a challenge no matter where you are! We're trying a few different things to try to deter them from the other plants, but until then it's corn from the farmers market this year. 😂

I guess i need to try a zucchini. I had grown squash before, the commonly grown variety in the Philippines, its smaller and round. We can harvest them even when young but if we want to cook in coconut milk, we should let them mature enough.

I hope you find the best way to deter and drive away pests. It's indeed a challenge.
