We love bean dish as a family. We include both fresh beans and dried beans in our food. Local beans have taken their place in the markets, but the price is quite high. 100 TL ($3) is quite expensive for a kilo of beans. Fortunately, the beans we planted in the garden have started to ripen. After a few days, we pick it and start cooking it.
Fasulye yemeğini ailece çok severiz. Hem yaş olan fasulyeler hem de kurutulmuş fasulyeleri yemeğimizde bulundururuz. Yerli fasulyeler pazarlarda yerini aldı ancak fiyat oldukça yüksek. 100 TL (3$) bir kilo fasulye için oldukça pahalı. Neyse ki bahçede ektiğimiz fasulyeler olgunlaşmaya başladı. Bir kaç gün sonra koparıp yemeğini yapmaya başlarız.

Cucumbers bloomed. After a while the flowers will turn into cucumbers. The growth of cucumbers occurs quite quickly. Since it is a vegetable with a high water content, it is delicious to consume in the summer months.
Salatalıklar çiçek açtı. Bir süre sonra çiçekler salatalığa dönüşecek. Salatalığın büyümesi oldukça hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleşiyor. Su oranı yüksek bir sebze olduğu için yaz ayların tüketmek lezzetli oluyor.
The peppers are starting to grow grains. İt was attacked by our neighbor's sheep a while ago. The peppers suffered a bit from this.
Biberler tane tutmaya başladı. Bir süre önce komşumuzun koyunlarının saldırısına uğradı. Biberler bundan biraz zarar gördü.
Tomatoes are growing very well. The tomatoes are still small, but I think they will be ready to eat within a month.
Domateslerin gelişimi gayet iyi. Domatesler henüz küçük ama bir ay içinde yenilecek duruma gelirler diye düşünüyorum.
The pumpkins have bloomed but have not set seeds yet. Zucchini is a plant that likes to spread around, they spread quickly outside the garden. Harvest season is late autumn, towards winter.
Kabaklar çiçek açtı ancak henüz tane tutmadı. Kabak etrafa yayılmayı seven bir bitki, bahçenin dışına hızlı şekilde yayıldılar. Hasat mevsimi sonbahar sonu, kışa doğru.
