Hi, Hive gardeners!

Now is a very busy time for gardners. Garden work is gaining momentum. You cannot explain to nature that you will do it later, because it lives at its own pace. Every year there is the same thing with me! At first I look forward to the beginning of the gardening season and it seems to me that I am completely ready for it, but then I find that I again do not have time to do anything on time!

But still, Spring is a time of miracles. But here ... feel the skepticism in my words !! For me, this is definitely a time of miracles and surprises! And all because I have a bad habit ummm I think it can even be called an addiction ... The thing is that in the fall and winter I order seeds and new plants for my garden … in a huuuge amount…

Don't misunderstand me... Imagine : It's late autumn or winter. All the work in the garden is long over and you are deprived of your favorite hobby for several months. But the internet is so tricky! It offers you dozens of online stores where you can pre-order plants and seeds for spring. But it's even worse! As soon as you enter at least one online plant store, be sure that the Watchful eye of Sauron Internet, has already understood your interests and will now mercilessly bombard you with ads depicting wonderful, bright, healthy and beautiful plants. That’s all! You have fallen into a trap!

But the scale of the catastrophe can only be assessed in the spring, when your orders begin to arrive. This is where the real drama begins with unexpected discoveries, joys and disappointments.

And yes, you were not mistaken, I received another package. The amount was very impressive, while the box was very small. To be honest, even if the russian invaders threatened to shoot me, I would not be able to remember what such a small but expensive one I ordered in an online plant store ...

Arriving home, I impatiently unpacked the package and in my hands were three completely unpresentable tiny bushes, which were terribly poorly packed. I'm not sure at all if they are alive ... The only positive thing is that each plant had a name plate. So I found out that in a fit of autumn exacerbation of shopaholism, I bought three types of skumpii. As you understand, these miserable bushes are all I have at the moment, so I found pictures of how they (I hope) will look in my garden on the Internet.

Of course, if the plants take root, they will be a wonderful addition to my garden, you can see for yourself how beautiful and bright they are. On the positive side, these bushes can be grown in containers. This is important to me, as skumpia is demanding on soil, and the soil in my garden is not the best. In a container, it will be much easier for me to take care of her. As far as I understand, skumpia does not grow too fast and is 1.5 meters in size and reaches a height with crown coverage of 1.2 m in five years. Yes, the container is definitely what I need. As a last resort, I will transplant the plant into the garden when it is strong and big enough.
At the moment these tiny bushes will just get lost in my garden and someone will definitely step on them and break them!

Wow! this is actually my first time to know some garden plants can be ordered through internet. You look very as you said since it's planting time as a lot of farming are bumping to make their garden very nice. Thanks for sharing with us.

Welcome to spring, i guess you have a lot to do. Happy you ordered your seeds earlier, so sorry the packaging was terrible. Cant wait to see when your skumpia will start growing and making a nice bush. I wish u a great farming season.

I invite you to share short farming threads on hive. I bet you will have fun as you make new friends on hive and show them in bits what your farm look like. Threads is like Twitter and Hive garden is already there

Take a look at threads: https://alpha.leofinance.io/threads

I hope everything will be OK. I’ll tell when it takes root)

I really understand you, many times it happens to me that I think I'm ready to do something in my garden but the time factor is to blame and I end up leaving it for later. Well I'm glad you were able to order plants online and I hope no one tramples on them because it would be catastrophic. 😊

Thank you, dear, beautiful gardens for both of us :))!
