Emprendiendo y Creciendo
Hola amigos hoy quiero presentarle y hablarles un poco sobre mi emprendimiento.
Se trata de mi consultorio médico odontológico Dra. Flor Blanco.
Un consultorio del cual hoy en día estoy muy orgullosa pero del cual me ha costado levantar y mantener en pie, las barreras y dificultades son diarias, entre gastos, inconvenientes, días malos, puede llegar el punto en el que pienso en soltar la toalla, sin embargo mi apoyo y pasión por mi labor y mi profesión me empujan a crecer profesionalmente y a mejorar.
Mi consultorio está ubicado en Caracas, en la localidad de Montalbán específicamente en el Centro Comercial Caracas piso 2 oficina #2

En mi país Venezuela las dificultades pudiera considerar que son más complicadas que las que se pueden presentar en otros paises, por un tema social y de ingresos de la población en general, además de el tema de tener los materiales de mayor calidad para mis pacientes siempre debo considerar que puedo encontrar barreras para la obtención de ellos ya sea por desabastecimiento o en algunos casos por los altos precios de los mismos.
Ahora, sin embargo siempre he intentado manejar el precio de mis consultas acorde a la realidad de mi entorno, intentando llevar un margen de utilidad que me permita pagar los gastos fijos, los costos asociados y obtener un beneficio al menos mínimo de mi trabajo.
Además de mi cubículo principal donde cuento con una unidad odontológica en total funcionamiento, de una unidad de Rayos X, también cuento con dos cubículos de los cuales actualmente los tengo improductivos, en algún momento tuvo a una compañera fisioterapeuta que daba sus consultas en uno de estos cubículos habilitados para ello, sin embargo actualmente tengo dos cubículos en fase de remodelación para poder alquilarlos para otras especialidades médicas.
Cuento también con una sala principal de espera, donde generalmente mi asistente toma notas de todas las citas que llegan y atiende a los pacientes citados a consulta.
Extiendo mi invitación amigos hivers a visitarme pero también aprovecho a decirles que crean en sus sueños, no dejen que los pensamientos invasivos negativos puedan con ustedes, dificultades siempre van a existir pero de ellas el resultado será el crecimiento, hoy por hoy cuento con una base importante de pacientes que a su vez son para mi como una familia.
Mi misión es cuidar de su salud bucal y prestar el mejor servicio posible.
La visión crecer como consultorio médico en distintas especialidades.

Hello friends, today I want to introduce you and tell you a little bit about my business.
It is my medical dental practice Dr. Flor Blanco.
A practice of which today I am very proud but which has cost me to raise and keep standing, barriers and difficulties are daily, between expenses, inconveniences, bad days, it can reach the point where I think about throwing in the towel, however my support and passion for my work and my profession push me to grow professionally and improve.

In my country Venezuela the difficulties I could consider that are more complicated than those that may occur in other countries, for a social issue and income of the population in general, in addition to the issue of having the highest quality materials for my patients I must always consider that I can find barriers to obtaining them either by shortages or in some cases by the high prices of the same.
Now, however, I have always tried to manage the price of my consultations according to the reality of my environment, trying to bring a profit margin that allows me to pay the fixed costs, the associated costs and get at least a minimum profit from my work.
In addition to my main cubicle where I have a dental unit in full operation, an X-Ray unit, I also have two cubicles of which I currently have them unproductive, at some point I had a physical therapist colleague who gave her consultations in one of these cubicles enabled for it, however I currently have two cubicles being remodeled to be able to rent them for other medical specialties.
I also have a main waiting room, where my assistant usually takes notes of all the appointments that come in and attends to the patients who are scheduled for consultation.
I extend my invitation hivers friends to visit me but I also take this opportunity to tell you to believe in your dreams, do not let the negative invasive thoughts can with you, difficulties will always exist but the result will be growth, today I have an important base of patients who in turn are for me like a family.
My mission is to take care of your oral health and provide the best possible service.
The vision is to grow as a medical office in different specialties.
