🐜 Termite Rice, A Coaching Train, & Nadi’s Struggle 🐩

     TERMITES IN YOUR RICE IS NOT A PROBLEM for this ASEAN Hiver, after all, one man’s protein is another man’s waste product. In many parts of SE Asia eating bugs is quite normal, but this particular village arhas every insect you could possibly imagine.

     Everything from scorpions to cockroaches, water bugs, and grubs are on the menu at this local Thai market. Our ASEAN Hiver opted for the legendary termite rice because this is the most famous dish on the menu, while many other customers tried the mosquito dumplings, bursting with flavor and sometimes blood.

     A DEDICATED COACH TRAIN is causing a stir in Malaysia, mostly because the coaches onboard are teaching non-traditional sporting methods. Whether young or old, these sometimes unorthodox coaches are providing a free service, so it’s best not to complain.

     It’s hard to know what sport you will be learning on your commute, the coaches change daily, as well as the subject matter. What is guaranteed is that your train ride will be one to remember, and there’s no doubt you’ll walk away a little smarter than before you climbed aboard.

     Every now and then a dog reaches its canine limitations, and that is what happened to Nadi on this day. HIVE’S MOST CLASSY CANINE HIT THE WALL, well a metaphorical at least. Nadi doesn’t weigh much, and thus doesn’t contain much water, so it’s easy for her to accidentally turn into dog jerky if prolonged exercise without hydration occurs.

     Luckily Nadi has a built in feature that allows her to harvest external condensation with her fur and channel it towards her face hole. With this hydration method she is able to go for short walks in Vietnam and not die, a crucial part of living. Nadi’s not revealing trade secrets anytime soon, so for now we’ll all have to guess what lies beneath that fur.
